Before April I guess. Bought it last week of march from the official store on jumia.

The phone is currently behaving like a human that's slowly dying. Camera has stopped working, chrome has stopped, all mi apps (note, calculator, video player, flashlight etc) have stopped. Other apps are beginning to freeze during usage. Hot-spot not working for me to even transfer my files via xender. This is so F**king frustrating.

Please do you have any suggestion/recommendation?

If you bought it from a store here, take it to Raya care.

The fone kept rebooting itself. The problem still persisted. The miui is 12.04. Did you update yours?

Your software is way behind I must say, some R9t are currently on Android 11.

I doubt it's a Xiaomi thing. I put the glo sim on another phone and I could neither send nor receive sms messages still.
Reset your phone. You may have messed something up

It's a new phone bro and even if the phone was a culprit, the sim should work well on another phone. PS. I just did a sim swap recently for that line.

I don't know the terms and conditions attached to that.

Made up not my mind not to update mine since most of the dead boot issues were reported after updates. As it stands, I'll just update and let the worst happen. Lastly, I'll just take it to raya care. This is sad though, I used Infinix Note 2 from July 2016 to April 2021 without a single update nor a major repair. I hyped Xiaomi so much that I even influenced my fried to get the 9t. Now I secretly pray he also does not have any issue with his device or he'll roast me. I can't even tell him mine is giving me issues.

A good phone won't pack up even if you don't update. A phone (Infinix note 2) I bought since July 2016 is still working perfectly without any software issue despite no update for more than 5 years now.
I switched to Xiaomi because of updates but I chose not to update my 9t because of fear of the dead boot issue.

If your phone doesn't die when you reboot, then you can update without problems.

Dead boot happens wether you update or not. Some have even died from just receiving phone calls. If you can reboot your phone successfully then your device is safe wether you update or not

Please, I Use a note 9s, and even after setting my current graphics quality levels to "low" on call of duty, I still experience annoying lags and long term frame drops during battle royale sessions. Please how do I fix this?

Miui 12.5 update has once again popped up and I'm downloading it on my note 9 pro. I want to know if there are any issues with this build for note 9 pro and if it's safe to install?

Does these screenshots show any sign of issues; my phone is in dark mode though as I love how ecstatic it pleases my eyes with.

Still smooth even with these lots of apps, including the system apps.

There is something special about this note 9 pro I swear, it does some magic and turns to a new phone every day.
I don't know much about battery and uptime, and its like I don't even care.
The phone is just over fucken perfect.

ALL ITS IMPERFECTIONS ARE PERFECT.

If you ain't using a redmi phone, you shouldn't have had any business with using a smartphone.

The phone became smart just because of some people's ingenuity

I've installed the update and so far it's nice. No major UI changes and I don't seem to notice a difference in battery life. New system sounds and haptics on the volume button just like note 10 pro. I'm still exploring though, cos I've been anticipating this update for a while now

Noticed same here, the booting miui graphics looks better now with that seducing tone.

I feel the battery life was optimised, I just plugged my phone to a power bank now since I last charged yesterday night.

And you see that power bank picture, the whole place was very dark except some little glimpse of very faint 6:47pm window light, where this google camera carry the extra light come from still dey marvel me, I used night sight and held the phone for almost 4 minutes and frozen, but still on still when men of intellectuals are identified, they should be acknowledged, I drop cap for atheistandproud, from his numerous lectures I was able to start experimenting with google camera but you should have a capable lens first.

The last picture was snapped without night sight.

Boss man, I didn't receive any update. I use note 9 Pro too. Is there a way I can force it to show?
