you have to change your mindset on food. Food is needed for energy and good health - not large food is needed for energy. if you eat heavy, excess calories are stored - your body organs pay the price overtime with cardiovascular problems - doesn't matter if you are carrying blocks all day long.

What your body needs at a particular given meal is what you should find out.

Good you are online - take the time to Google food and how much your body need at a given meal.
