If i were the regional manager, won't sack Tunde because it's his wife who misbehaved. But will punish the wife through the husband by having Tunde transferred to another branch which is a far zone away from his home. That way Tunde will only be able to come home 2 or three times in every two to 3 months. That way his wife head go correct or Tunde will atleast have some rest of mind himself as only God knows what he must have been facing at home if his wife can behave like that outside.

The regional manager should understand the wife... And that she would have done something similar if she was in the wife shoe.

Verdict: she should ignore and let go

Tunde should apologise to the boss,talk to the wife quietly to avoid scene in the office and make the correction when he gets home to avoid future occurrence.
