Because, it seems to me that ladies are more opinionated, sexually reckless and carefree majorly around the age 18-24. At this point, they believe they can get anything they want and explore the world to their satisfaction. What else can they possibly ask for, they have the shape, the body and beauty.

It is when they get older (26+) that this excesses begin to wane so they tend to be more 'controllable' by a man IMO.

I agree that ladies are generally easier to manipulate at age 18-24 though but 'control'? Nahh.
