The antecedents of the convicted fellow is not convincing enough neither is his purported demeanour both at the hearing and here on nairaland but still that doesn’t mean he can’t be innocent. Please brother, learn to always be open minded, it would do you a lot of good. And also don’t always see opposing opinions as an “attack” especially on a public forum.

Most importantly, I am not and never will be a supporter to heinous crimes the convicted fellow has been factually convicted to have committed but as a human, I would always be open minded and give room for human errors in any judicial system or process in the face of earth.

Honestly you did more than just expressing my mind, people don't believe in neutrality is either you with them or against them.
Even the devil if caught, deserves a fair hearing and just because some of us share that mindset does not mean we are devil's colleagues/advocate.
The justice system says, No one is guilty until proven guilty buh in the white world a black man is guilty until proven innocent, that is the big picture

Justice for the accused and the victim as well, don't always forget that

Justice is not sentimental but FACTUAL

This criminal is not a first-time offender

This criminal is not remorseful (he himself attached a document wherein he said in an open court "you are making me to do maths" when asked how many minutes he spoke on phone!), not only taunting the court judge, jury and the victim; now imagine other crazy acts that will be in the 1200pages transcript

This particular criminal has been proven beyond any (un)reasonable doubt 1000% to be guilty to get the maximum sentence ever imagined!
