The extremely dull redpiller was triggered because he wished he could send a Yomi Fabiyi to go protest like they did with Baba Ijesha. If he has his way, he would go release all rapists in prisons across the world because according to him, most men have attempted rape at many points in their lives and it is a normal thing.

Thankfully it is not considered normal in America and his senior colleague is in for life.

God Bless America!
I just had to quote him.

True, how can any right thinking person call rape or even attempted rape a normal thing. Only in Nigeria, I guess.
Truly, God bless America. Incarcerating rapists, one at a time.

Her acclaimed lawyer friend don't even know the suspect personally .. but he was so quick to response, he is liein and must be guilty without an investigation or evidence.
If it is not about skin color/race ... then on what grounds did her almighty america friend make that pronouncement ??

The problem is you think he is right thinking.

The knucklehead says he doesn’t have to read the thread. He doesn’t read anything, he can’t even read if he wanted to. How then would he know that the rapist furnished us with documents and some lawyers here practicing in same America have access to the ones he didn’t post. Olodo na olodo sha. grin

Wow, just wow, so he has to know the rapist personally to tell if he is guilty or not. No disrespect but it tells a lot about your intellectual abilities.
I am not surprised you didn't read diligently through the pages of the thread.
Facts and evidences littered on the thread proves his guilt.

The antecedents of the convicted fellow is not convincing enough neither is his purported demeanour both at the hearing and here on nairaland but still that doesn’t mean he can’t be innocent. Please brother, learn to always be open minded, it would do you a lot of good. And also don’t always see opposing opinions as an “attack” especially on a public forum.

Most importantly, I am not and never will be a supporter to heinous crimes the convicted fellow has been factually convicted to have committed but as a human, I would always be open minded and give room for human errors in any judicial system or process in the face of earth.

Thank you once again
Honestly you did more than just expressing my mind, people don't believe in neutrality is either you with them or against them.
Even the devil if caught, deserves a fair hearing and just because some of us share that mindset does not mean we are devil's colleagues/advocate.
The justice system says, No one is guilty until proven guilty buh in the white world a black man is guilty until proven innocent, that is the big picture

Bro thanks for ur wonderful submission

Excuse me? Did you just say YOU give ME something to think about?
You, a person that has failed to grasp the basics of evidence? The basics of how this rapist has been convicted on the strength of multiple pieces of incontrovertible, scientific evidence?
You, the person who called for fingerprint evidence to be re-presented and examined on national TV 4.5 years after the commission of the crime?
A person without the intellectual capacity to understand basic scientific evidence and think critically?
A person who lifted a food pic off the internet and lied that he cooked the food on a thread in the food section?
A hustler self proclaimed jack of all trades but unemployed master of none?
You, the professional Nland poster who also owns a wholesale and retail okrika shoe business, is a tracker, runs a writing service and sundry other fictitious businesses and has the time to post on Nland all day, everyday?
A person who is a demonstrated illiterate because only an illiterate uses dictionary words that have no bearing on the message when you are unsuccessfully trying to impress. Free tip - nothing screams illiteracy than improper use of “big” words
A person who heard about a fictitious $150k and promptly cast his lot with a convicted, unrepentant child rapist?
Same you who came on here to state that the trial transcripts are “confidential?”
Same you who disgraced yourself with that ultra-cringeworthy response to George Chidi which only served to highlight your embarrassing lack of social awareness and inability to understand basic sarcasm. Same you who has internet access but has no idea of the stature of that man in Georgia’s journalism circles?
You, a person that does not understand the implications of the FBI and GBI being part of this investigation? You think these are Ariara police and lawyers?
You, the person who would take on the mantle of online advocate for a person whose lack of good judgment and poor choices led him to life imprisonment after just 2/3 months in the US?
You, the person who does not have enough intelligence to know that collaborating, assisting a felon to break incarceration rules by posting stuff online could come back to haunt you?
Listening to you on this thread, is it any wonder US and Asian jails are filling up with your type? You think your village tortoise sense is superior to properly constituted justice systems?

Ogbeni, YOU are not in a position to give ME anything. There is nothing I can take from criminals and their associates. I simply have nothing in common with such people. God bless you.
I really need to quote this.
You have my respect, sis

Do you know the suspect, sorry criminal, personally?

Do you even know that the victim is a black 13 years old girl but your criminal friend keeps addressing her as a lady

Of course you can not know because, as alluded by you, you do not care to read

They see small girl that just started budding as a lady and it makes their prick stand always.

What am I saying, till date, they marry underage.
It's sickening.

Ladies please train your sons. Don't leave them and only concentrate on girls only.
Train your sons to be humane.
Else, they turn out exactly like most of their fathers. Training starts from the day you gave birth to that boy. You enter kitchen, please enter with him, he is learning to take care of his stomach. You wash, put some pants for him to start washing with. Give him broom to sweep. Teach him how to talk in public especially to girls.
Get involved in his life up close.
By 13 yrs, you have finished training your son.
If your husband is not helping, forget him and please do help this boy to learn how to be a human being. This will make Nigeria a better place.

Marriage is not about popping children but training them.
Re: Follow Up: Nigerian Locked Up for the Case of Rape —The Walk, The End. by Alldew: 5:17pm On Nov 12, 2021
In Nigeria when a lady is raped guys will ask her to produce her evidence, now there is evidence (even dna evidence)they are still looking for a way to throw it out the window. Look at the convicted man saying he is a father to two beautiful boys, and the girl doesn't have a father who she is beautiful to too? That you had to rape her not just through the normal way but also sodomy.
I can't think of a better punishment than the one you are already enjoying. The Jugde and jury saw through and knew that if you ever step your foot out of prison even at an old age you will continue where you stopped.
And for those still supporting him even till now, cos there are pple who is still against him been locked up for life, what he did to that little girl will be your portion too even as an adult.

I'll reserve my comments.
Why? You stated yourself that attention needed to be brought to this matter and that goal of attention was indeed accomplished. Bah failed to produce one piece of even slightly convincing evidence in this thread nor did he speak in a manner that gave off a spark of innocence. Like others, I am genuinely curious to hear what you have to say at this point and that is only fair since you were very vocal earlier in the thread. While some blindly rode for Bah and one person even added the hashtag #Justice4Bah to her profile, saner minds came into this thread thinking objectively yet were accused of having closed minds. The few people who recognized the truth early on received verbal lashings simply because they refused to believe a collection of obvious lies told by a person who let everyone know in his initial thread that he would be selective about what he shared.

I still wonder, and I know others do too, besides empty promises of money what motivated anyone who believed in Bah to demand “truth” that was always right in front of their faces?

Did Bah disclose to you that he had been convicted of sex crimes in Japan prior to him coming to America?
Re: Follow Up: Nigerian Locked Up for the Case of Rape —The Walk, The End. by 1stGenAmerican(f):

They think it is Nigeria abi Nairaland where they defend rape with their lives. Sensible Nigerian men in that same America are never quick to stick out their necks for a brother because they know themselves and what they are capable of doing.

I showed that thread to a Nigerian lawyer in America and his response was, “that guy is lying, he is GUILTY until proven INNOCENT”.

But no, it is Nairalanders without passport and an understanding of the judicial system that decided to play defense counsel. In their minds, wicked America has targeted one of them for life imprisonment. Some were already playing the racial card, typical!
Wise woman you are.
The state of Georgia has over 20,000 Nigerian born residents and not one was willing to walk through the fire with Bah. Why? Because they heard the facts of the case on the news and whispers of things that were not in the news. They knew what kind of person he was and they were smart enough to stay far away from such a cancerous person.

His supporters in this thread cried racism without doing their due diligence. They called the judge racist without knowing that she is a Black woman. Douglas County Georgia has 56,000 Black residents and a large number of Black law enforcement yet Bah called it the most racist county and others who probably have never set foot in Georgia agreed with him on how racist it was. Were they too busy typing to realize that Blacks were part of the jury that convicted him?

If it is up to some of these people who blindly supported this man, the innocence and safety of our girls are doomed.

Even if i know the suspect personally that does not mean he can't do wrong ... the law position is clear, NO suspect is guilty until proven otherwise, even if you catch him on of the girl, live ! the accused must be charged to court, that is right thing not jungle justice or SM trial.

On the grounds that out of 161.6 million men, the probability of a match between Bah’s DNA and the DNA taken from the victim was a greater than 99%.

On the grounds that the victim identified Bah out of a lineup of more than 8 men.

On the grounds that Bah was identified as the person chasing the victim on CCTV.

On the grounds that the suspect’s vehicle and tags were exact to Bah’s.

On the grounds that the property management identified Bah as the person on the CCTV footage.

On the grounds that he has a criminal history of sexual violence.

On the grounds that Bah’s public defense attorney (which Chatinent says he didn’t have because he stood alone) pleaded mercy on behalf of Bah and expressed his wish to be sent back to Nigeria.

And there are still more things that were used to convict him. A thorough investigation by the GBI and the FBI was completed. He was given chances to present evidence while evidence against him was presented. He was given a fair trial. He was convicted by a jury of his peers. He was given chances at an appeal which he exhausted. Justice was delivered.

He had several days in court on several occasions. He was given several fair hearings. In the eyes of the law, he remained innocent until evidence compiled by the FBI and the GBI proved that he was guilty.

He was given a fair hearing in Japan and was also found guilty.

He is not a victim.

I like you already, thanks for the summary buh unfortunately bah or whatever he calls himself is not my concern, something caught my attention which i highlighted "guilty until proven innocent" that is the reality of black men in living in most part of the world.
It turns out bah is guilty what about the ones that were wrongly sentenced, what about those wasting away in jail cos of there skin color, they're innocent buh even can't prove, it is the accuser words over the accused, that is my concern - The big picture" alias guilty until proven otherwise

Now answer your question yourself: has he not been charged to court

Or are you saying no fair-hearing in a 12-man jury (mainly blacks if I should hammer that to you)

Justice is blind and true

Justice for the accused and the victim as well, don't always forget that

Justice is not sentimental but FACTUAL

This criminal is not a first-time offender

This criminal is not remorseful (he himself attached a document wherein he said in an open court "you are making me to do maths" when asked how many minutes he spoke on phone!), not only trying to taunt the court judge, jury and the victim; now imagine other crazy acts that will be in the 1200pages transcript

This particular criminal has been proven beyond any (un)reasonable doubt 1000% to be guilty to get the maximum sentence ever imagined!

Bro, it’s normal for anybody to un believe an allegation until a reliable evidence is established. Even the juries waited for evidence before a judgement was pronounced.

Which sane person would take sides with a rapistt if all evidences were pointing against him? Who??.

I have never been able to understand the compulsion to speak authoritatively on things you know nothing about. It’s such a weird disease. Some don’t even understand that his case has been settled, he got his verdict 2 years ago already. They want to re-try the case in 2021 after the convict has already filed 18 appeals that went nowhere and after incontrovertible evidence that nailed him for the crime.

Yet when you say they have no logical reasoning, no critical thinking skills, they get hot under the collar and start a new round of pointless speeches.
