Skyview01:How will I explain this to you again sir? My message has nothing to do with the convicted felon. Read my message again, especially the response from the person I quoted, you would get the point. I repeat, I am not asking you to sympathize with a convicted felon, please don’t misrepresent my message. Thank you sir! |

daddytime:More than straightforward self. Because of the bastard People who do not even live by any moral principles, has no integrity in their lives and who have done worst than the accused but are quick to form hoiler-than-thou attitude online dug my account to find any dirty on me ( i pity the the energy they wasted on my me) because I choose to give the unrepentant criminal the benefit of doubt initially. I hope he never gets away this time. Seems he is part of a syndicate that has strong ties with the Asia communities that's why he was able to get away with his crimes in Japan and the reason he called those Asia countries first when he was arrested in US. Oga Gabby, u are a changed man and u have nothing to be ashamed of. I was among those on Nairaland who encourage you to write abt your story and published it even with all the bashing we received from that thread. Hope my baby girl is doing good. |

Powerhouse5050:If there is anything you got from this mr Bah, let it be that you cant deceive everybody all the time. This may also help you - learn to say " I am sorry ". These magic words could have saved you a whole lot of trouble. That you got life X3 plus 70 years plus is still a big wow to me, when a murderer can get 15 years. This perhaps reflects the level of disgust the judge had for you (not because of your race). A sentiment now share by many about you on this thread. Lalasticlala, this story started on fp, it deserves to end there too. The court of nairaland has looked into both arguments and agree with the US court that Bah is guilty as charged. Our advise to Bah is to show genuine remorse and seek forgiveness.

The following post is not for everybody, especially those that are already psychologically damaged through culture or nurture and don’t see any big deal in a child being violently raped. I speak from MY viewpoint. Prior to this thread, most posters here had never seen my username before. People that are familiar with my posts know I don’t post much. In fact, because of this thread, this might be the year I have posted the most on Nland. My mission on this thread is about that 13 year old child. I don’t know her but I know plenty like her. I see them at family gatherings, in the schools, out strolling on the streets enjoying their youth, in the parks, etc Most of us have never been raped, we don’t see or read graphic details of what victims experienced. I read the graphic details of that child’s rape on page 8 (one of the uploaded documents) and everything changed for me. Can you imagine a 13 years old child being forced to experience that? Put any 13 year old girl that you know and love in that terrifying circumstance and see if rage does not well up in you. To be raped so violently by someone bigger and stronger who also threatens to kill you if you say anything. Can you even begin to imagine that child’s terror? Do you know how many years of therapy she’s going to need to survive this without lasting damage to her psyche? Do you realize that most kids that age would not say anything to anyone and live in the fear that was created in them. The violence and threats were essential to Bah making sure she didn’t tell anybody. Psychologists can explain it to you. Do you know realize that girl might never be able to have normal sexual relations her whole life? Do you know that she might see Bah in the face of every man she meets who considers her sexually attractive? Do you know that if Bah had just confessed and been remorseful, it might have helped her pain somewhat? But no, he had to put her and her family through the pain of a trial, had her relive the experience again and again. Do you know that a lot of molested kids grow up to become drug addicts because they are trying to dull the horror of their experience(s). Drug addiction in turn leads them to inability to have a stable life. They go into prostitution and crime to sustain their addictions and give birth to kids that in turn are vulnerable to rapists and the cycle goes on and on. Do you realize that this child can grow up to hate her body because a sexual deviant chose it for his sickness? I live in the surburbs, all around my neighborhood are large expanses of wooded area, deliberately preserved as part of the landscape for nature lovers to enjoy. Criminals like Bah look at that beauty and think of such spaces as a cover for rape. That girl could have been any of the teenagers I see around me, middle class surbuban kids just living their lives. Contrary to the stereotypes being parroted by the perverts on Nland, normal 13 year old American girls are not looking for random sex with men in their 30s. That girl did not enjoy the experience and gained nothing but heartache and pain from it. If you believe different, then you are simply a pervert! Will that girl ever be able to walk by a wooded area again without a panic attack? Without terror paralysing her? Is she ever going to hear an African male accent again without remembering Oyinbogoju? Do you have any idea what her day to day life is even now, 4 and a half years after her experience. Just writing this brings tears to my eyes. That girl might eventually just commit suicide if she’s not able to cope with her terror. Do you know how many people in the US commit suicide daily because they can’t live with their nightmares and pain? I am not you and you are not me so forgive me if I have zero tolerance for those trying to make a quick buck from this child’s experience. Everyone is welcome to their beliefs and convictions. If you believe that Chatinent got involved for altruistic reasons, good on you but recognize that your opinion means zilch to me and return the favor. I am someone who does a lot of research as a way of life and I also happen to have an uncanny ability to read individuals accurately. I really don’t care whether or not Chatinent’s defenders believe that or not. Criminals have grades and child molesters are the worst of the worst, even in prisons. In my books, all apologists of rapists wear the same crown. Even in the face of conclusive evidence of wrongdoing, Chatinent is still being crafty. My bullsh$t tolerance is zero, I have no patience for it. Most people find it in themselves to tolerate and accommodate BS, not Mmotimo! Ordinary transcript you cannot produce because you know it won’t help Bah’s case yet you are still bullshitting. I am old school, I don’t do crime in any way, shape or form. I was raised to value contentment. That I like it doesn’t mean I must have it. It’s okay to admire and move on if I can’t afford it. If the cashier forgets to swipe a $1 item from my cart, I bring it to her attention. I don’t take what is not mine and I don’t covet what belongs to others. I don’t believe in profiting from the experience of a 13 year old rape victim and I consider those that do to be no better than the actual rapist . In this US, you can build a nice life for yourself and family if you are willing to put in the work. It’s not rocket science. The reason why the jails are filling up with Nigerians everyday is because of the “fast buck” mentality. So many of our people are arriving with the mentality to “make it quick” so that they can show off. Oyinbogoju was said to have been involved in crime in Houston before the rape incident that put him away, I don’t have the facts so I can’t comment but Japan got him for money laundering along with the sex crime so we know he’s not a choir boy. That Chatinent would gleefully cast his lot with a duly convicted AND UNREPENTANT child rapist AND make categorical, authoritative statements in his defence says a lot about his own character. To everyone who thinks I should leave him alone, YOU DO YOU AND I’LL DO ME. I was not raised in the era of the internet so I’m sorry, mumu followership has never been my portion. I’m going to have to stop here for now because I have to get to other things. |

Mmotimo, maybe you can stop tagging my username all over the thread. Don't make people disrespect you when you think you are right in what you say and how you feel but you allow your annoyance deliberately try to hurt another. Your points are clear...and you have been repeating them all over tagging me. You have called me all sorts of names. It's fine, I understand. You have bought the anger. I understand. You have made your points. I understand. Rape is a traumatic experience! Yes, it is. There is nowhere I said I supported rape. There is nowhere I said the child deserved to be raped. In fact, I acknowledged the child was raped. My arguments then were focused on some facts if the evidences were falsified...or sb pulling the strings behind the scene. I was concerned because of the long sentence!! I wasn't glad the child was raped! I was only concerned then that the right culprit be brought to book. I only said then that he could be innocent of the crime if those facts he provided were truly falsified. I understand my roles in this case may have annoyed you. I understand. You are not perfect either. You have also sinned. You have lied. You have stolen. You have borne false witness. You have also done sth that has led to graven actions unknown to you. We are all humans. We are imperfect. You don't keep accusing sb directly of what they are not because you want to satisfy your anger. I will still respect you. Thank you. |

chatinent:I actually still don’t understand her anger after everything that has been said and said. She has continued talking down on people all because she wants to prove she’s angry. She keeps talking about “her” point of view forgetting that others are in their right to air “their” point of views too. Please Mmotimo, your points all over the thread has shown you’re legally correct with all your reasonings and the convicted fellow is whatever names you have called him. Please and please, stop the continuous name-calling, it’s beneath you intellectually. Thanks ma’am!! |

chatinent:It's not about being a mother, it's about justice and common sense. If you and other folks know what victims of crime go through...you wouldn't want to let them escape from the law. The dude thought he could get away with his crimes. I really dug about his previous posts. He's always been proud and God detests that. I read one of his posts, when he was an intern in one of the financial organizations in Lagos. He complained about one of his senior colleagues sending him to buy food. He got tired of that and he ventured into advance fee fraud. I believe he must have raped several innocent ladies in 9ja. He made a post on Facebook years ago, about ladies making false allegations of rape. I believe becuase of the impunity in 9ja, he was able to survive. God was patient enough with him to repent severally, but he refused. He traveled to Japan, still became unrepentant! He got another opportunity to travel to US and this dude never repented from his evil acts. If you be God, wetin you think say you go do the guy? |

chatinent:Respect from someone like you don't mean anything to someone like her so you can as well disrespect her. Last time I checked, this was your thread, so she can tag you as many times as she wants. You couldn't think of anything better to do with your imaginary huge following than to give the platform to a convicted child rapist. This criminal came online with his wishy washy story that was full of holes from page 1, including his shady previous posts on nairaland; he had been accused and convicted of raping a 13 year old child and had no evidence to prove he didn't do it yet you chose to give him the benefit of the doubt for some reason. He started a thread and nairalanders saw through his bs immediately and shut him down but you opened up a thread and canvassed for him. When 1stGenAmerican tried to tell people about the deeply incriminating things in this man's transcripts, you claimed you had also read the transcripts and you felt this man deserved a chance. Leading others to believe that maybe whatever was in the transcripts wasn't as bad as 1stgenAmerican made it seem. Leading others to gang up on her. I'm willing to believe you did all this due to naivety because I already concluded you were really naive the moment you agreed to exchange e-mail correspondence with a felon who boldly says he's typing from prison. What irks me is how once the evidence came out about this man indeed being a professional sex offender, you seemed to have totally lost all the zeal you once had for fighting for victimised people. You can somehow manage to work up the fire to fight for a convicted sex offender in several threads, posts, e-mail correspondence but can't type up one clear post denouncing him or apologising for helping him decieve others or showing empathy for his victim(s). Its clear that a lot of people in this thread do not really understand what it means to rape a child. Everyone in your gang is concerned about his 1 million life sentences as if he has any business walking the streets ever again. No one cares about the poor child that might one day read the thread when she decides to search the rapist's name. The thread is clear proof that there a many men like Bah walking the streets. People who think raping a child is no big deal. People who would give a convicted child rapist the benefit of the doubt even when there's DNA evidence against him and he has a criminal record. People who'd type 100 posts about how 3 life sentences is a cruel sentence before they type one sentence about how raping a child is absolutely vile and disgusting. 'Wow' is not enough, denounce Bah with the same passion with which you supported him. You literally were Bah's mouth piece in this thread and now that its all over you think you can just walk away by pretending you've been sitting on the fence all along. Y'all think you can do whatever you like online and one day delete you accounts and it will be all over but Bah is a good example to show that all rapists and rape apologists will one day get what's coming to them. |

When we say people are not perfect. We mean we lie or we backbite. We don't use imperfect to excuse rape, rapists and rape apologists. This guy came with lies about 1. SUVs he purchased 2. Lawyers he never hired 3. $150 000 legal fees he never paid for 4. Claimed racism yet the judge and the victim are black. 5. There are news article about another sexual assault in Japan that got him deported to Nigeria 6. His Nairaland history shows that he is a rape apologist. However, you want to die on top his matter and you think we won't see you as another rape apologist? Your bad faith is poorly disguised. We see through you. chatinent: |

After the Japan evidence pop up here.I was hoping Chatinent will come with full rage and insult the hell out of Bah for deceiving him to do all this work while knowing he did the crime. To my upmost surprise, chantinent has been typing like nothing has changed in this story. You are a writer as you claimed.Writers are smart and can easily deduce some liars from the way they carve their fake stories. My first comment on this thread back then was ; He flew into the US to buy 6 Suvs……How did you bring in such cash? He paid Lawyers $150k.Where did he get the money? The chronic liar and rapist ignored my questions. Just imagine,if the lady from Japan had not mentioned about this case on her thread, many people will still be in the dark thinking Bah was innocent. For a second,go through Bah old moniker. His comments there are all about sex and rape. This guy has been doing this wicked act long time ago. Started in Africa,Continued in Asia and ended up in America. |
