chatinent:Come, dude. I hope you saw how I deliberately ignored your snide remarks and instead acted the bigger one that I am. I put it to you that you are a sly being. Take that to the bank. Just try and get real. That way you won't be needing too much of more shalayes to convince anyone about you. It helps, trust me. |

daddytime:That's not your problem. Your problem is that you want me to come out to insult, abuse, and curse Bah after seeing the Tokyo report. You can be straightforward with it. I didn't curse or abuse him shouldn't be your business. You also don't read minds! About your case, you are wrong again. I brought it up because the same way you are the only one telling us what happened in your case was the same way Bah was narrating what happened. The difference is that Bah had an international recognition and his case was littered around the web. He was also convicted. Many people read what transpired. The court found him guilty. He also had another Tokyo case he was also guilty of. But yours, you are the only one telling us what happened...and you have also been referring to me with all sorts of names...without recourse to. You have also convicted me! I had to remind you that even though you are repentant as you claim, you were once guilty of a similar crime too...and you were not innocent! It didn't make you the bigger blabla. No bi by wearing agbada. Every other person getting angry was doing so because I supported a convicted man! Your own reason isn't even because he was convicted but because he is unrepentant. If you must attack, attack him directly. You should cool down already! You are older than this! No bi everybody dey abuse people up and down. If you were even observant, I depicted my stand in this case in the morning even before every other post came. |

chatinent:To be honest, the bolder part in itself isn’t exactly something you should be hanged for, all faults and blames still on the convicted felon for his manipulative behavior which you and some others fell for. At some point, Brian banks had people who supported him even tho he was “convicted” and at the end, they were praised for their steadfastness and believe in him. Bah is a rapist (as it has been factually proven by a competent court), every anger should be directed at him and no one else. Giving a listening ear to a convicted person (who turns out to be a manipulative rapist) doesn’t make one a rape apologist - and those who still wants to call you names should go ahead and do so. |

When all these started, I advised all of you that it was premature for anyone to decide whether Mr. bah was innocent or not without reviewing all the pieces of evidence used in deciding this case. Mr. chatinent gave the impression that he had access and had reviewed the court transcripts (which I am beginning to doubt) and same to the conclusion that Mr. bah was innocent which was why he opened this thread - to canvass and generate enough social noise to compel the federal government to look into the case. These were his own words at the beginning of the thread - "So we reached out and met with the defendant ( @Powerhouse5050) who is currently in prison for a crime, as the evidence says, he didn't commit." "We invite well-meaning Nigerians to please support this case. The evidence speaks volumes. Without your help, he would be spending the rest of his life in prison for a case of mistaken identity. Thank you." "This case is since 2017! Do you know what it feels to be behind bars since then...and most painful when you are innocent?" "If Nigerians push on the fact that the case is visited, the FG will be forced to have a say." Even after he was busted early on by 1stGenAmerican for lying about the legal fees he paid, it was quite shocking to still have lots of guys pitch their tent with him. One even went as far as adding "#justiceforbah" to her profile without even seeing a single of piece of the evidence used in nailing him. You guys were ready to start a social campaign for a convicted stranger even without asking about his family and close friends. I mean if anyone should be at the forefront of such a campaign, it should have been them. But I guess the Tokyo evidence that came up lately answers why none of them embarked on any kind of campaign to prove his claimed innocence. The fact is it was extremely clear very early on that Mr. bah was lying about a lot (even stuff he didn't have to lie about), withheld or should I say "released" only screenshots he felt were sufficient to fool people enough to embark on this ridiculous campaign and avoided directly answering any questions that he didn't like. My only annoyance with chatinent is that he gave us all the impression that he had gone through the court transcripts used in deciding the case and found evidence to believe Mr. bah was innocent and was mistaken for someone else. Mr. bah is a hardened criminal and the judge saw that during the trials and ensured she used her power to ensure he would never be a free man. Only a crazy psychopath would commit such a crime, get multiple life sentences and instead of making peace with his God decided to make a fool out of an entire nation to embark on a social crusade for him. |

chatinent:I only read the first line of this before and didn’t bother with the rest. Now, I have some time. “ Nobody holy pass” has become the excuse for a multitude of sins - yahoo yahoo, money ritual, polithiefing, influencer profiteering, etc. Nobody holy pass is the reason why you would without a second thought become the mouthpiece of a child rapist abi? And assume that everyone else would do the same thing if they had the opportunity, ko? @bolded: Some of you think everyone on here grew up the same way you did with zero moral compass. I’m not the epitome of perfection but understand that you and I do not belong in the same class when it comes to morals and scruples. You don’t have to believe me but hear this- My mother put the fear of lying and stealing into her children at a very early age. That is why till tomorrow, myself and my siblings do not lie and do not steal nor bear false witness. Yet, without exception, God has prospered us and blessed our offspring in ways we could not even imagine. Through it all, not one of us has ever been involved in any sort of criminal behaviour or aided criminality. God has prospered us through the work of our hands without us identifying with rapists and criminals. “Oruko rere san ju wura lo” a good name is better than gold Ranti omo eni ti iwo nse remember the child of whom you are Evil communication corrupts good manners The above and more are what we heard from older family members and friends when we were growing up. These are everlasting values that we teach and preach to our own children. These are the values upon which we were raised. Ultimately, even without those, God has blessed each person, INCLUDING YOU with a sense of right and wrong. Go back and read about my $1 example on the previous page. Like I’ve said before, ALL WAY NO BE WAY! That is why lots of us have lived abroad for decades and never seen the inside of a police vehicle or a jail or even been interrogated or become a suspect in any crime. Hustling to make ends meet is not a crime but hustling that is completely devoid of scruples and the basics of human decency is. That you would even consider hustling on the back of a 13 year old rape victim is particularly egregious! The tribalism on Nairaland is bad enough, it is disastrous that rapists, their apologists and all manner of perverts have created a thriving community on this site. To the extent that characters like yourself with a “followership base” see nothing wrong with capitalizing on said Nland yeyebrity influence to advance the cause of a duly convicted and unrepentant serial sex offender. |

Oga, go back to the earlier threads and remember where i asked Ba some pertinent questions about his time in Asia and his calls out to Asia to his goons. He deliberately dodged my questions because he knew I understood what was happening. I explicitly mentioned that his outbound calls could have raised some more knells on his coffin. Your response was that, Ba was innocent and imprisoned unlike me. You were simply the most gullible on this case who wanted to ride on it for some cheap fame and popularity ala the Segalinks... |

If men were God... The fellow made a mistake by blindly believing a sociopathic criminal, and he has back tracked. I'm sure Chat has learned his lesson in the most embarrassing way possible, so I wonder what all the dragging aims to achieve. Our ire here should be directed at the demonically possessed vessel of Satan, who, somehow got hold of a phone while in captivity and set out to continue doing his master's work. We should direct our efforts at making sure he is denied every comfort imaginable, including owning a cell phone so that he can finally be able to ruminate on his atrocities. Dragging chatinent upandan like a faulty Tiger generator profits nothing and I, personally, have no patience for profitless ventures. |

I really do not understand why the "tone" of your messages here have not changed since it's been revealed Bah is a repeat offender ?? I really want to believe you've been helping that arrogant and deceitful serpent out of your goodwill and not for some financial gains like Mmotimo said but you're making this quite difficult. Why not just cut the crap and move on from this ? And by the way, how is fraud in anyway similar to raping a fucking child ? You are certainly out of your mind! chatinent: |
