As long as the niger-delta you are talking about does not contain igbo territories in the south-south, who are probably the most civilized and educated in the entire south-south.
I definitely don't want to be in the same country with potential militants from ijaw, uhrobo, itshekiri and the rest from the south-south who will constitute serious developmental trouble for any nation.
