Alright boss..just like you click the bold and 2 brackets having b appears, put your typing arrow in between those two bold brackets and go to change colour, once you pick any colour, another 2 sets of bracket will appear in between the two previoir bold brackets.

Type your words at the centre of the 4 brackets and submit. Your wordings will appear bold and coloured.
