Attend the interview for the post of a technologist, if you eventually get the job, take it and put in your resignation letter with access bank. I Know technologist II earns up to 100k which in the long run is way better than your contract job at access

Go for your interview with the Federal University,
And PLEASE make sure you DO NOT resign from your present job before the interview!

And about the Salary Scale,

It used to be #115,000/Month, including #12,000 hazard allowance.
After tax deduction, PENCOM deduction, Union Levies.
You will take home around #99,000.
Make more research personally.

All the very best for the future Topsy!

Damnnnnn niggarrr

My nigggar accept that federal job anyday, anytime twice on Wednesday morning.
Hnd and bsc for federal job dey get same level 7

For them to even call you for interview mean say you have been employed already. Interview for federal job na just to fulfill all righteousness. Because they hardly put federal job vacancy on advert. Which means for you to be called for interview then you know principal officer in that institution
Bros as you dey like this so, them don already send your name go Abuja.

Your offer of temporary appointment letter will come with ease
Followed by regularisation letter
Then confirmation letter ( once those three letters arrive ehnnnnn. Bros you be chairman)
You will get your promotion every three years with ease
Annual leave is sure
No body will ever threaten you with sack.
Federal Staff are migrating into integrated payroll system so your salary will be complete without any deductions from Union
Infact you will be growing academically
Because you can further your education. By applying for study leave with pay or no pay
Your hazard allowance as a tech na bomb
You go get free passwords and username of the school WiFi as tech guy and you fit use am watch and download porn

Bros as you dey get more certificate and qualifications
Then the institution go dey upgrade you
And you go dey request for conversion from one department to another as you like
Bros if you really be the serious type then i can bet my balls you can turn into academic staff and become a professor with them

But Bros the kind unprocessed and beautiful female student waist you go see ehnnn. You fit nor save your salary for years

For access to cash and exposure go for Access Bank. For endurance and perceivarance go for Tecnologist II. Remember to put your effort in whatever you decicide as this will be the ultimate judge of your competence.

Bank that they can just decide to sack you any day! Plus they want to take you as just a contract staff, which means if you don't meet your set target your way to the door is getting closer than Unai Emery! Oga take the federal work soft, so many persons are looking for such an opportunity.

Be sure you have passed the interview and have been employed at the federal university before you resign from the bank. While working at the university, you can enroll for a Masters degree to compliment your HND

For every complicated question, there is a simple, nice, but wrong answer.

Ask the Holyspirit for direction and the purpose of God for your life. If and when you do, you'll find the answers to your question.

No growth in the Banking sector again. Na contract job without hope of conversion. Go with the Federal government job. Peace of mind sure. You can have side hustle too with ease.

How much is the bank paying you? if less resign
and how much is federal offering you? if higher then resign
Have you secured the federal job already? if yes then resign

Federal jobs might give you time to explore other businesses.
There's Pension too

Banks might retrench one day. Unless you are in the IT dept you might just be sacked and replaced one early morning
