You people are cracking me up o. Prophetess hasn’t gotten her passport o. I like the sense of humour despite the delays. It’ll end in praise.

Pls gurus, any response to this?

dzee1:
Good day House,
When I did my biometrics I opted that the passport be sent to me via DHL cos I work remotely and wouldn't be available to pickup.
If I request for it to be returned before it's actually done by them, will it still be sent via courier?
Also, can I make the request to withdraw the passport via mail as I'm not physically available to go to the office. And how long from request day till the return day? I did biometrics in abuja on 28th October and I have a trip to the US to make on the 7th of Dec so I need my passport latest 1st or 2nd Dec.
Thanks

I just calculated the debit transaction it’s 4.1M.I mistakenly send 3M from my company account 5 month ago which I sent it back to the company account then I write a letter when submitting my application about the 3m that’s why The debit goes to 4.1m. I just check my new 6 month statement of account and the debit is 1.1M.So can I re apply now and write a letter about the refusal please help me out

The 3M I wanted to send it to my other saving account but I made a mistake sending it to the salary account because I’m using the 3 account in on app..please help me out

Do you have to reapply or appeal their decision instead explaining your case?
Just asking

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by esdajo: 9:16pm On Nov 23, 2021
I would suggest you reapply right back and explain that mistake in detail in the cover letter. However, you would need to include a new bank statement reflecting your current financial standing.

Thank you so much I will reapply next week When my passport arrive
Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by cutebear: 9:52pm On Nov 23, 2021
Please before reapplying, make sure you scrutinise your documents VERY WELL. Your accounts, your application etc. Because there are too many stories of people reapplying immediately and they get denied for the 2nd time. Infact, if you can even wait a few months for that 3 million deposit to not be in your statement. You can do it.
I had to pay to push my application from Nov 3rd to Nov 17th because I noticed I did some really huge transactions in early May and I didn’t want to start explaining that it’s deposit from my Bitcoin investment lol! Any reason for ECO to deny us, we need to avoid it like a plague.

Please I booked to do biometrics in Abuja and also paid for assisted service and express passport return for the 1st of December. I wanted to change dates and clicked on the amend appointment link but when I choose a new date it’s sending me to the payment page again but I already paid 19k for assist service regular and express courier return. I can’t find a no or Email to contact them. Please kindly advice. Thanks

Oh ok
I hope this turns out to be true 33 working days here and it’s really starting to be frustrating with deadline almost here.

Oh. I'm going to stock up food for two more weeks. I'll probably be in Nigeria till the second week of December.
It's been 32 working days for me now. So either this week or next week.

These guys just messed up my travel plan. I did biometrics on 13 Oct. Today is 31st working day.

Wow, just imagine.
I called them at midnight concerning my husband's application. I mentioned that 15 days had elapsed and all she told me was that a decision has been made and he'll be contacted soon for his passport.

Shalewab:
UPDATE
My sister got her 6months visa.
Application date-20th October 2021
Got to DMC on 25th October 2021
Received email to pick up on 22nd of November 2021.
She’s self employed,33years old and unmarried.
Paid herself only 3months salary as she had to stop during Covid because her business got a bit difficult.
CAC was inactive.
I want to thank everyone here even if I was advised not to go ahead with the application but with God, everything is possible.
Just be truthful and provide the necessary documents that can aid your application.
There’s no one straight road to applying when you’re self employed,be honest and prayerful.thank you!
Standard or fast track?
