For someone in the military, I think he messed up with the excessive skits and all he was doing on social media, considering the fact that the Nigerian military is not like the American military where you can enjoy such privileges. He should have known the consequences of his actions.
Bro,they are cool with doing skit for long. It didnt just start skit. There was a time he tried quitting Navy but they didnt allow him so he has no choice. According to the report,he flaunted an order not because of skit. Atleast he has been doing skit for like 5yrs and there was no issue not until now.

First and foremost,he has been a naval officer before going into skits making and Y'all saying all these need to calm down cos he knew the consequences of flouting rules in the military and been in guardroom for just 10 days is a normal thing and for the fact that the naval spokesman could even give little info about his crime means they are linent. Have seen a married woman locked for 3 days and couldn't communicate with her family where she was until the second day morning that she sneaked to make I call that shes in the guard room. it's one of those things. Make all these social media jokers leave the guy. After his release he can come back to his senses and according to the message he was asked to come in during his leave for flouting the social media policy but he didnt. That's disobedience in the military which they dont take likely. Make una leave cuteabioola pool so if he use atleast 15-20years he can resign so he can be entitled to small change from the federal govt.

Lawless country, the Navy has no right to detain a civilian. You hand him over to the police or DSS who can’t hold him for more than 24 hours without a court order. Why are simple laws so hard to follow in this country.

He can only go AWOL which comes with severe punishment.

They obviously don't understand how Navy works.. Nigerian Navy is nothing like like Nigerian Army, they are very organised and disciplined.. they also follow due process and will never intimidate or punish unjustly.

He's a non-commissioned officer (Rank and file).... probably Able Seaman or Ordinary Seaman Ranks.

Worst part is that, he must have tried to resigned but would have been denied... (You don't just resign anyhow in the military without genuine reasons especially when it's not health related).

My guess is he's now richer than some of the commissioned officers and this will bring him more foes than friends in the military....

Imagine a Rank and file Corporal parking a Lexus 2018 SUV close to a Colonel's 2012 C-class Benz....
