This man has over 25 years of banking/auditing experience, so he cannot open a microfinance bank in his local government which he would use to not only support micro enterprises, but also help provide auditing services for poor people thereby helping his LG generate more revenue & create employment for the locals?

He doesn't even have to run the bank himself, but just do something that shows he believes in the structures he has put on ground for the past 8 years.
