The area where we need to provide a consent form since it just mom do we to provide a death certificate for dad in place of his consent etc. or just mom is sufficient. if you say the dad is late, you have to prove that with substantial docs, also yeah you will still need consent letter from the mum as well, court order will be best to add to be on a very safe side. Do not forget the death certificate, because your story has to check out 100%

What’s the update now? And why spend 200k on Nigerian passport. God is able bro, stay strong.

My test kits was delivered before my arrival. Day 2 result came out on day 5 and day 8 result on day 10. NHS staff came on day 4.

Please for those who have arrived Uk, how does people at the airport check and confirm money in the bank account. For someone who doesn't have bank App or ATM, can the person present bank statement and please how many days bank statement can one print out.

Parental authority is held jointly by 2 parents.
When 1 parent is dead, then the surviving parent automatically holds sole parental authority. There is no need for a court order or any official process to formalise this.

The consent form will be signed by your mother alone as the sole surviving parent, and a copy of your father's death certificate should be included among the supporting docs for the application.

You can add some pictures with the kids, some documents to show you have been solely responsible since your husband demise i.e school or hospital documents/reference letter if possible. In your consent letter you may want to state that you only had traditional/family rites marriage

As long as they are verifiable.

These are just additional documents, you already have the main documents.
