I have this believe that being fashionable is not about wearing expensive things, it is about
1. Wearing what fits your body, the right size and fit
2. Colour choice and combinations- very important.
3. Neatness and smooth ironing of your clothes

Despite the expensive items, she doesn't look fashionable to me. The "colour riot" is too conspicuous. There is no "blend" at all. She looks like a Clown.
