The last time I saw someone bathing outside was in my NYSC days. I went to fetch water from the steam nearby only to drop my buckets on both hands to rest a little, lo and behold in front of me a full grown girl bathing by my lodge like nothing happened. I just carry my water waka pass. Till date I still wonder why she did that when our bathrooms were totally empty. In fact all the facilities in my PPA were working. I'm still smh each time I remember that event.

Government houses,
There was always water and available bathrooms to use.
There wasn't any point of bathing outside.

Besides, my mother would have beat the living daylight out of anyone who tries that.
When even drinking sachet water was frowned upon. Eating roadside gala was a crime (I'm telling u, we miss out )
And I was always scared of bathing with cold water. Always had hot water, which messed up my skin, unknown to me at that time. I got used to it. Still affects me today - using cold water to bath. I'd rather wait until light comes. That's how we were raised, and it has its disadvantages..but it was cool sha... Not really regretting. But...
