Swap the SIM. Issue is not from the phone

it's happening on both SIM, any SIM I'm using to browse and on 4G doesn't show signal when I want to make call unless I select 3G as network type which will be too slow to browse with.

it wasn't like that before, I have been using the phone since May and this wasn't happening. It just started some days now both on MTN and GLO.
