Whack cleaners. This is a major problem in Nigerian hotels, even the ones that charge 50k per night. After all na cleaner when dey receive 20k monthly them get. Where's the motivation to even do a thorough job.

Cleanliness is next to godliness so the saying goes. This is obviously a lack of due diligence by the cleaners and by extension the management of the hotel. Effective oversight of the cleaning processes of the rooms and other facilities of the hotel should be put in place by the management to avoid forestall further occurrence.
Also staff training and retraining would save the hotel and other establishments from this kind of embarrassment.

Omo na so I go one hotel too everywhere just dirty. Worse part is they couldn't even provide a towel, saying it hasn't dried. Comdom been dey under the bed. Nigerian businesses don't have proper customer service.
