Try to call their helpline to explain. 08000707070. There are some parcels for home delivery and some for self pick up. So if it is self pickup, they may not deliver to your address. Then Nipost also does deliveries but you have to go pick up from their office ooo.

QCY HT03 ANC are actually in-ear unlike The TrueAir2, for the price I think it should be nice, but honestly I don't really trust the ANC on cheaper brands like QCY. I'll would rather go for Haylou W1 or Soundcore P2 mini, they're slightly cheaper and would easily match HT03 or even better it.
