Eye test: Rice appears better than Ndidi.

But Ndidi is an anchorman unlike Rice who plays like an holding midfielder/regista.

Different responsibilities.

What's the different betweenAnchorman and holding midfielder/regista?

Anchor man is the defender in front of the defenders. Job is to win back possession, and always holds position, hence anchoring.

The HM wins possession, but also links defence to attack. Unlike the anchorman, he sometimes joins the attack.

While the anchorman must pass to more creative players when in possession so as to maintain position.
The holding midfielder can travel forward with the ball.

Fabinho is an anchorman. Kante is holding.

Weytin concern Ndidi and Rice and beans?

You guys should stop downgrading and talking down on our players. Rice is a great player, thats enough. End of discussion. No need imposing Ndidi into the mix.

You can compare Nigerian players with Nigerian players. All this meaningless comparison nor make sense.

Just respectfully stating my mind. Peace Sir!

Can you please explain when he didn’t deliver at the biggest stage?

Awoniyi has 66 stamina rate. Is 66 poor?

Is it that he doesn’t have the attributes to press or he is playing to the coach’s instruction?

If Haaland can singlehanded spearhead an attack why is he not replicating it for his National team?

Awoniyi has scored from teams that plays high line.

The fact Awoniyi has won 3 motms proof, he is not all about scoring goals.

I wonder how and where you got your 66 stamina from. Anyways, that is not the point here. It is not that he does not have the attributes to press, it is that he does not have the stamina to hold that press long enough.

Also, my point was in no way connected to Awoniyi scoring from a high line. My point was how a player's talent/ability can make an entire team change formations to counter it. This ability can be shooting from outside 18, pace, strength, agility, threading the needle, etc. I foolow the Bundesliga closely both on and off the pitch (press conferences, etc). I can assure you, no club Union Berlin has played against have had to change theirstyle of play entirely just to contain Awoniyi. Thank you for missing my point, like you always do.

Also, Haaland replicates his form for his National team. 12 goals in 15 caps is no mean feat. Norway's recent poor form was mainly due to the injury he sustained weeks prior. Please, do your research before going into an argument.

Statistics shows Paul has stamina but no acceleration.

I think you are just insinuating without any verifiable facts.

It seems we have differing definitions of stamina.

I define stamina as gassing out. I don't know what you define it as.

Paul Onuachu gasses out quickly. In most games, by the start of the second half, he is already gassed.

In contrast, he is actually a pretty quick player. His long legs enable him cover greater distances in a shorter time.

Get your point, man. But comparison is not just necessary in football, it is mandatory.

That's why there are award shows like the Balon d'Or, to compare quality and ability.

Peace, mate.

I think the bolded is just your perception because the last time I saw him played, he didn’t show any sign of lack of concentration.

You said it yourself, the last time you saw him play. I watch Torino every matchweek and my analysis is from what I have seen.

I think Aina's problem is really more of inconsistency than concentration. On some days he shows spark and liveliness, on others you struggle to find him on the pitch.

Is having 66% poor stamina? Answer the question.

If not, your submission is null and void.

Mention the teams that changed their pattern of play because of Osimhen.

These days teams change their style of play due to superior opposition style of play.

Oga! You are insinuating.

Check out Onuachu’s stamina here. It’s above 70.

Please, I know I'm not a regular on this board, so a regular should please explain to me like I'm 6 how we have Emmanuel Dennis and Taiwo Awoniyi and we are still inviting Ahmed Musa, Odion Ighalo and Moses Simon.
