Instead of creating a system to work for his players Ole was asking his players to work for his system.

He was asking his CBs and DMs to be creative with the ball.

Rangnick on the other hand, is asking them to play it quick and is teaching them to use movements to be creative.

Did any one see those cross field passes Maguire made today? I think this is my first time of seeing him do something like that other than using outside of his foot to drag the ball to his team mate and he released the ball a lot quicker today. I have only seen Lindelof and varane make such passes. Early days though

Maguire and Lindelof played fantastically well. I hope they can keep it up.
