Do you know what that means? It means we just have two more months before we start welcoming those bunnies in the oven.

How is the pushing ministry? This pregnancy is treating me well, except for that groin pain when I lay down, turning in bed, or sit for long. I fall asleep anywhere I see o.

Enough about me, how excited are you? How far with shopping? Having aches and pains too? Just pop in and say hi. We love hearing from our teamies.

Morning sickness can surface at any time of the day. Please make sure she doesn't eat late in the night and she can eat the food in bits. what I do when bloated/nauseated at night is to walk around the house and also ensure there is enough ventilation in the house. All the same, she and the baby/ies are perfectly fine

I have only done one CS last year July 7th, 2020 and before baby was brought out, she already passed on - blessed memory - placenta abruptio, they said.

My LMP was May 7th this year. I am 7 months gone and the doctor thinks I will have to undergo another CS with the reason that my LMP was too short - 10 months. Should be 15 months at least

u will be fine... Nothing is gonna happen to u... Since u r pregnant again, just follow ur doctors advice n u r good.

is ur wife practicing exclusive breastfeeding? If yes... Omo!!! E go difficult small oo... Start by introducing solid, buy nutribom different flavours and baby milk, oat, ogi, do fruit purees as well, start introducing it to d baby, she shld reduced breast milk, buy coaster biscuit n cheese balls, amala and ewedu, rice, beans, do indomie n egg dnt put the indomie maggi, just pinch of salt will do... Dont buy all those jedi jedi biscuits oo, coaster is okay for starters... Two or three weeks is okay to wean an infant, its difficult i wont lie but baby is gonna b okay at d end.

I told my pastor about the bladder prolapse and that doctor said if it doesn't go back by tomorrow which is my next appointment,he will book me for C.S next week. He encouraged me to exercise faith that it will definitely go back. Am exercising faith o,hubby is also a pastor but he is already preparing for whatever comes because he doesn't want to take chances. I have also been reading about it but nothing much on it and vagina delivery on the internet. Pls if anyone has idea,just enlighten me more. Do you think I should wait till labour starts and try vagina delivery with faith or I should just go for the C.S? The bladder prolapse is still too there as I type,if open my V,you will easily see it protruding but I feel since I have delivered vaginally twice before,maybe I can try it.

Gist o mamas, general hospital money don increase oo. Abi is it the one I went to for antenatal registration?
Private hospital told us 70k for everything once it's vaginal delivery. And it's very close to my house.

I say okay lemme make enquiry from general hospital since there are more competent staffs and I hear it's cheaper .

Was there from morning till afternoon yesterday for registration and all. The summary be say, they said vaginal delivery is now 61k in total. All of us shout oo. General fah Pay 20500 at first then balance 41000 later. Is that the price everywhere now?

Now I don't even know maybe I should stay jejely in my private hospital that is closer to my house, or go to general that is a bit far.

hello mamas, is it possible I pay for antenatal at both places and then pay for delivery at general hospital?

I am at my mom's place now.
It's just crazy when the one who claims to love you takes you for a fool.
I didn't have a dime on me since Saturday.
I was hungry throughout yesterday till I borrowed money from a neighbour to go to mom's place so I can at least eat.
My kids were hungry. My baby cried ehn. I bought sachet cerelac for her to manage. She stooled like crazy. When I told him that it makes her stool, he said I should continue it, her body will get used to it. I has to ignore and get Nutribom from a shop at our busstop to pay later. This was after he warned me to mind what I say to him.
I don't have a single pin that I can say I bought for myself this year.
Little capital that I was able to gather to sell small stuff this Christmas in my school, I was forced to use it to pay part of my children's school fees after they had been away from school for over 2 weeks.
And he is not bothered.
How many will I write? I am tired of complaining.
I just want to have something doing on the side so I can take care of myself and my kids. So many opportunities for me but thanks to Father Grace. Debts here and there so I can eat.

If the doctor suggests, believe he knows what's best and understand the situation more than we do. Yes it's good to have faith but you shouldn't take chances, if it doesn't go back kindly do what he suggests

My BIL wife had her baby last year August
the baby died before she was brought out due to fetal distress after 3days prolonged labour, she took in 6 months after and gave birth via CS, though her doctor suggests she go into labour if she wants but she said No because of the first scenario

Cappo we are doing great, apart from the usual heaviness, all is well with us. I think I overworked myself last week, trying to put things together @work cos my foot has been swollen( never experienced in this pregancy until these last week). Someone should tell me to pack my bag o . And again I don't understand this heat, I just want to walk naked cos ehhh it drips from head to toe. Harmattan should start already. Overall I wish my teamies a safe delivery and healthy yummy mummy and babie(s).

Hmmmm this depends on your mind and willpower. If you are not fully convinced, try another doctor. But medically I think from 15months can try VBAC, however I know of someone who took in 7months after CS and had a successful VBAC( that's why wrote willpower). But have it in mind that she had a low risk pregnancy. The cause of the previous CS should be considered before they can advise you to proceed to try Vaginal delivery

What are the risks involved?? Ask your doctor. When you know, you can then weigh the options. If you embark on vaginal delivery even with this bladder prolapse, what will be the health implication? I think that's what you should be asking. Then make up your mind for whatever happens. CS is for safety reasons. What's making you indecisive? The fear of surgery or the cost of surgery?

I can see your excitement Na so FTM dey do. It's advisable to wash new baby clothes cos of the packaging processes it goes through. Washing it now might be too early since you are team March.
You can wash with baby soap if washing by hand. Me, I wash with washing machine. I just use the baby care setting, and then I rinse it twice. I spread on baby hanger and iron all of them before arranging them in baby cabinet.
It's your first baby so sweetheart, enjoy the preparation process . We wey don dey old for the ministry no dey shake again. I have not even bought anything and Jan/Feb is around the corner.

Hello Mama, in my opinion, i don't think you should attempt vag. delivery with bladder prolapse, remember by prolapse it means the bladder is already displaced from where it is suppose to be and v.delivery will definitely put more pressure on it, it may even obstruct baby's passage and eventually lead to other complications which one does not envisage, plus you don't know how experienced your Dr/hospital is with managing such, so my candid advise even if you have faith it will heal is that don't joke with your body just follow Dr's advise and jejely have CS.

Like mama Omakraid said, let her avoid late evening/night eating or she can take light small meals. This was what i did during my 1st tri when i was usually bloated at night with alot of discomfort. most times i incorporate cabbage in my afternoon meal, cos it helps with bloating and i sleep upright with lots of pillows to support my back and sides if i still ended up bloated at night.

Don't worry that is 1st tri palava, it will soon be over. All the best daddy.
