This is my story!
Biometrics September 23rd.(Priority service TLS V.I Lagos)
NSF mail September 27
Another NSF mail October 5th
I sent paid mail that same October 5th
My case was escalated October 6th.
Decision was made October 8th
Collection mail October 12
Pick up October 13.

To cut the long story short, please if your application has started exceeding the time frame, send paid mail and always call them. It was after escalating they started reasoning my matter. I thank God for my own and I wish everyone all the very best

I know it's December now so I'm putting it here for everyone. For nursing courses and all pre registration courses you have to start applications early because it's not a one step process for selection. After interview you have to do an RPL or a work port folio etc. By July alot of schools would have already completed interview.
I applied in January through May for both September 2021 and January 2022 intake and latest application deadline for most schools for was May/June. For my school, interviews was completed in June. July I
received an email I passed the interview then in July ending we stated working on our RPL and submitted RPL in Oct 11. Got feedback for RPL mid November.
So no, try again next year but early this time so you can meet up.

I don't know on what storyline, i just need an advice if it's a safe route to consider or i should just shut his idea. Please I'm in dire need of urgent advice

Having come to the UK on a valid student visa from Nigeria, you almost certainly won't get asylum.
Nigeria is considered a safe country and you can't plead the threat of FGM for your female children, killing of Christians in the north or the usual stuff - those ships sailed long ago.

Best advice - don't do it.

Question: If yes, why did you wait for a year plus before seeking this route

Best option is post study, continue to study, tier 2 sponsored jobs or save and return home
