I got two missed calls from a strange number last week Thursday , I thought it was them and I tried calling back but wasn’t picked up. I was scared I won’t get the visa because they couldn’t reach me but I was wrong.

If she will start the application before the Registry, then put unmarried partner as well as your details, but if she's applying after the registry marriage, then she should put married.

Sorry I don't know any school that takes in February. Why don't go for September intake.

You have more time to apply to school and get your visa and travel a month before resumption date. That means you can settle in.

Instead of applying for February and start rushing. Sometimes the visa process could take time and there is nothing you can do than wasting money on escalation with emails and calls.
