Muhammad only used what he learned while traveling from city to city with Kadhjat (his big madam who later became his sugar mommy) Jerusalem and Rome were trade centers back then and since Kadhjat was a staunch Catholic Muhammad learned so much from the Catholics but since the teachings of Catholics contradicts that of Jews in Jerusalem Muhammad tried to strike a balance that's how he came about the fabrications he told his gullible followers that Gabriel (God's angel) revealed to him.
