No I didn’t and I got collection mail picked up and no stocked I mailed UKVi I was told I will be contacted by my VAC

send a letter for reconsideration via the complaints email … find it on this page.. to explain you were a minor and like you say, you were not aware. Any effort at this point is better than no effort. Caus 10 years is a long way. Just send your letter

Hello Kaddy102.
You unfortunately have no right of appeal or administrative review,so not much can be done.
The onus is on you to do research,so it does not matter if it is to your knowledge or not.
You could decide to send a letter just to explain the situation and clear your name against further applications.
If an application was made for you at 12 you would remember some details like picture being taken and whether you travelled or not.I suggest you visit other countries for now and that would build credibility for your next application.

It's unfortunate you are in this position. I feel you can just relax your nerves and hold on for 10 years as much as you think its long it will soon be over.

Get some other things doing for yourself and after 10 years you feel you still want to visit or school in UK do all you can to state it precisely that you were refused on such grounds but you are not matured and can take better decisions for your self.

My husbands refusal.
He wants to reapply immediately.
One of the mistake noted was the self employed and employed thing. But the area of business not generating income , I don’t think they bothered to look at the business account statement. Two company account statement was uploaded.
He submitted the company account and tax clearance which was not acknowledged in the refusal. What else does he need to submit again
Please help me look at this

So you want to say you didnt remember going for biometrics in 2012

Was there proof that he got salaries monthly from his business on the personal account he attached?

I think all he just did was to show deposit without stating what does deposits are for and why?

He needs to be well detailed about his salary account to justify the said amount shown that he earns.

it’s like you dnt know how a minor is treated in the western world. A minor is a minor. They are seen as helpless and people that can not take decisions for themselves etc. If he was really a minor then and stands on that and provides explanation, a leeway can be given.

I applied for a 2years visit visa march last year for a business training just before the covid lockdown. After about a month into the lockdown, my passport was returned to me. There was no visa attached and I didn't get any refusal mail. I sent a paid mail them to ask why, and they said they discontinued the processing of the application cos of covid and the lockdown issue. And my application fee of over #200k was not refunded.

Now I want to reapply and go there for the training. I don't know what to fill under the section that asked if I have ever been refused an application. Will it be a yes or a no. I don't want to give a false information and face ban like the guy above. Cos these uk people don't even send anybody

try send a paid mail again detailing what you just explained, with the evidences, and ask for their own opinion as to how to go about it.

He uploaded his company account but from the refusal they didn’t acknowledge they saw it. Although there was no reference on his cover letter relating both. Thanks so much�

Please has your husband gotten his passport back. I was refused over a week ago and still haven't gotten my passport. How long did it take for him to get his passport back please.
