To all you Mamas and Moms and... you're all superstars. No matter where you are in your journey....
TTC, 1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th, even 10th trimester, mother, grandmother or great-grandmother, first missionary journey, second, or tenth...

Chai, it doesn't get easier but it's definitely worth it. How we go through all it and still love those kids to death, it's God alone.

Hi,daddy baby. Pelvimetry is a test that measures the space the pelvis has- forgive me I'm trying to use layman's term. If you look at the result;it says something diameter(the female pelvis has a measurement (inlet and outlet) that will be enough for the baby to pass through. Whilst the male pelvis has a measurement as well;its inadequate for baby passage according to God's formulae. Also,the reason why most short (sorry if you are short ) females are 'jokingly' told they will give birth through cs is simply because the pelvic measurement MAY BE inadequate for baby passage(no one can tell except through pelvimetry) because of their height.
This measurement doesnt mean that's totally why your baby is in breech presentation as some babies may not turn at term even if their mommies have the right pelvic measurement.
According to the conclusive part of this report,it says the pelvic measurement isnt adequate for vaginal delivery even if your baby isnt in breech position.

Dnt complicate tinz 4 ursef... go bk to ur doctor and discuss d date on when elective CS can b done sinc baby is breech n @successhungry even interpreted d result 4 u dt ur wife hv short pelvic dt even thou baby isnt breech, its most likely ur wife endup hving CS, n moreover ur baby is big ... Yes!!! She must go 4 d CS by choice..... dnt wait til labour start, n una go dey run up n down to rush baby out... Go wen ur wife body isnt in a rush to push baby out... People needs to understand CS isnt bad sm people even go 4 it willingly to avoid stress of pushing cs dey cant coman kee demsef even thou dey can birth naturally...

My wife believes it will turn cos abt 2weeks ago the doc confirmed it was head down.

We have an appointment with the doc on Tuesday and I blv the doc will talk abt
it

I am sorry about this,from what I have read,your wife is only scared of CS.

Now from the result u shared,the pelvimetry shows your wife can't push this baby ,even if the baby is head down(cephalic position).

That means you can't take the risk of vaginal at all!!!! And this is a precious baby.

I m a health personnel and I can tell you that CS is done most places as a spinal surgery; this means she won't be put to sleep for her to lose oxygen or something like that like it happened before. She will even be awake as it is being done and see your precious cutie. Only from the abdomen down will be numb,so please show her this and tell her she has nothing to fear.

I understand her so well because I have had a laparoscopic surgery and I am now scared of surgeries as well. In my case presently,my baby is head down already but the placenta is blocking it so far,so I might have to be booked for CS if God wills it. I am just waiting for my baby to reach at least 37 weeks.we are still behind. I can't risk birthing naturally if it means it is risky to both myself or this precious baby.

So please and please,explain or show her what I said. The most important thing as other Mamas have also said is for this your baby and wife to come out Hale and hearty. And I know it means more to you since you have lost one previously. I have lost about 3 pregnancies just before this,so believe me when I say I understand your situation.

May God direct you to make the best decision which is CS and it should be done before labour starts preferably.

Congratulations dear. I was about asking same question. I planned travelling next week for Christmas before i got my BFP but being that i'm less than 5weeks gone, i don't know how safe it is.

About the weakness, you might try not to stand for too long, Glucose d helped me too, just a little in my mouth..... Sorry ehn, first trimester will soon pass and you will be bouncing.

hi baby daddy, since your wife had a fibroid operation just last year n pelvimetry says she has a short pelvic diameter, she should just go for an elective cs, this doesn't matter if the baby is breech or not. Instead of rushing for an emergency cs, why not avoid the stress,well, I trust the doctor to choose the right one for the good of the mother and the baby. Safe delivery to your wife
