Get over yourself, they were not in Sambissa. This was supposed to be a quick proposal to a love interest after the normal official duties. Well she make big mustake going that far such should have be done outside the camp or on a neutral ground. She was not arrested because she was proposed to but her broken the rule of her assignment in the camp that was what he was arrested for.
