Sometime around 2016, within a reputable real estate firm, i was fortunate to be mentored by a true alpha male. I observed with great interest as women drooled over him. Let's address the issue of giving out money. Most men i know are against the notion of giving women money. My ideologies changed after a live demonstration with my mentor Mr Jo.

I started connecting the dots and he smiled when i came to the conclusion that all the unnecessary giving out of money when we first met the woman was a well played psychological card on his path. Be put he termed it this way "To water ground"

The next day, i was shocked when the accountant called on me when she was going out for lunch and asked if was i was interested. Omo! Everyone shock for office o. She paid for my meal and we developed a good rapport. The wisdom of Mr Jo ehn.
