Just that I observed that as many Nigerians are running away from Nigeria for lack of opportunities, Lebanese and Indians are rushing in to grab opportunities. And they are doing quite well.
How come you guys are not seeing the same opportunities?
Instead most of you guys would prefer to go and be doing menial jobs. It doesn't make sense to me that one would spend years acquiring university education and end up with just menial jobs in a foreign country while foreigners are making it big in same country you are running away from.

All what you said is true. But you see Nigerias respect and value a white man more than his fellow Nigerian.. besides the Lebanese and the Indians come with their own money to invest while 80% of our youths travel with nothing just to end up doing those menial jobs.

Can you point to anything successfully done from start to finish by the PDP Government? Yes, the APC has not performed as expected but given the choice between two Evils, I will gladly choose the APC!

I still maintain my stand...people like you are very intelligent at using statistics and fictitious data to disuade people from seeing the truth. Jonathan brought us into this mess when he unbundled NEPA to his cronies who have next to no experience in the power sector. They saw the Power sector as another money making venture for themselves, power improvement for Nigerians was not in their agenda. Now Nigerians have to bleed just to sustain those companies. This is thesame nonsense this present Buhari govt did by selling 5G license to an unknown company that has no experience whatsoever in the telecoms sector. All these thing were deliberately orchestrated to fail even before they start. They should revoke the licences of all these DISCOS and GENCOS, and look for more capable investors who have the money and the technical know-how to bring about the desired turn-around in the power sector.

I hate liars but more importantly I hate people who try to make excuse for govt's obvious failure. You people will be behaving as if you're not affected by failure of leadership in this country one way or the other even if you live in Banana Island or one other prime area in Abuja. Pls stop making excuses for govt's failure. Forget about all those economic indices you're quoting. Give these people that amount that you said is needed to improve the power sector; I can bet you they'll take the money and still loot it. The power sector history of Nigeria is a black hole. Trillions of naira has been plunged into that sector over the years yet no improvement. The problem with the power sector and other sectors of this country is more than all those indices you're quoting. Nigeria's power sector problem is rooted in corruption; point blank!

If it was easy to revoke the licenses it would have been done. There is an improvement in the power supply in my area in Rivers State. The issue now is the payment via prepaid meter, even with conservative use the bill is high.
