My wife's own is when I get lazy at home and I don't help in the house chores e.g cleaning, cooking, bathing the kids etc. She won't fight with me or argue but when I touch her like this, she will find a meaningful excuse. She's tired, not in the mood, headache, tomorrow, I need to shower first and I'm too lazy now etc. I found out myself that it was when I helped at home that there were no excuses, it's always a happy ending.

I am a married man.
I have developed myself to the Level that I can deny ladies sex, including my wife & any potiphar's wife around. She's a Living witness.
When I was younger, I thought sex was All'n'All.
But I developed myself & surrounded myself with meaningful things that'll always keep me busy.

I followed Gaggii's thread on this same issue/topic, it was one of the most educating and entertaining threads I have come across on NL. It was delightful to see grown men being candid and vulnerable about their realities. Even though the user is a complete stranger I felt bad reading this, especially the words in bold. I think as women we underestimate how much men would really like to feel appreciated, complimented and loved (even if it's through sex). There were valuable lessons from Gaggii's thread and I appreciate the education in male psychology it provided me. A similar education (in female psychology) from married women, for men, would be appropriate. Let's learn from each other, but, I understand why some women may be reluctant to participate/share. The trolling, bullying and insults on the forum can be something else, especially towards women.

A wife is not supposed to deny the husband sex. Marriage is an institution but it has turned out to something else in this generation. Nowadays some marriages last for months or few years. Anyway..in your own case dear poster, since you've observed that your wife doesn't attend to your sexual needs only when you don't help her in house chores then you've got not to complain. Family culture should go hand in hand. Imagine a mother cooking, washing, cleaning, running errands, bathing and feeding the kids alone and all you do is to come back and eat and relax. Then expect her not to be exhausted. Even working mother's will come back from work and continue from where they stopped. Please husband, help your wife at home. It shows appreciation and respect.
