So sorry Mrczar, is just a delay. Be rest assured your it will b approved in your next Application.

We know GCMS Note takes time now, but you still have apply for it as that's the only way to get the VO's concerns.

But,
Are you a matured student?

Did you use a sponsor? If yes, did you show your own POF?

Did you show any job/work ties, assets, professional ties?

while you apply for your note and at the moment, be your own VO. Think of what could have gone wrong based on the generic reply. Ponder what you could do differently and think of if any document(s) could be added. So that when your note will come out, you must have drafted and redrafted your LOE countless times. Don't sit and wait for note to come before starting to draft your LOE.

It will surely end in praises

Please is it compulsory to wait for the GCMS note before one reapplies? I know the a GCMS note lets you know the specific areas of concern of the Officer. Like you said, although I’m not advising him to do this, what if one suspects areas of issues and corrects them?

Good morning house. Please am traveling on Thursday. Please which bank can I get dollar to buy please and it will be processed on time. Thanks I will really appreciate any help or direction on where to get it. Thanks

Or has anyone been able to register on this cbn website http://www.tradesystem.gov.ng/

Please if you have let me know please if you will be able to assist me
Hello. I will like to share my personal experience with you. I travelled yesterday December 23 and it was a hell of a journey and patience to get pta from the bank.
1. Create an account on that trades portal to check if your BVN is linked to your email. If not, you will have to add email to your BVN as soon as possible and it takes nothing less than 24hrs.
2.if there is email on your BVN, kindly create an account and request for the pta as soon as possible. I will suggest UBA because they are really fast. 25% would be given to you in cash while the rest will be loaded on a prepaid card which so far is working well for me.
3. Please make friend with the bank manager so that it can be fast tracked. The form A you filled has to be firstly approved by the bank then it moves to CBN for final approval. According to the standard I was told, it takes CBN nothing less 48 hours before it will be approved.
Wish you a safe trip to Canada. Currently replying this post from Amsterdam.

Hello Matthew

This question sounds funny tho..

If the Visa officer accepts direct or indirect begging or crying, then everybody on this thread or in Nigeria would be in Canada..

Or if the Visa Officer collects bribe, then applicants with millions of naira would all be in Canada..

Also, if the Visa Officer accepts direct or indirect begging, then we won't have peeps that would be refused 3-5 times...

If you do not meet the Eligibility to go study in Canada for a temporary resident visa, you will be refused even if you cry your eyes out in your SOP..

Just give them what they want in your application and you will get what you want from them..

Begging and crying will not take you anywhere when it comes to this Canada journey...

Peace

Hello

Hello dude

Applying without GCMS notes is same as applying blindly, some get lucky, while some don't.

If you feel you can't wait for your GCMS notes to be out, then u can go ahead and apply without it , and pray u get lucky..

But I will advise anyone to be patient and wait for their notes to drop.. It will give you the necessary tools to tackle the concerns of the Visa Officer..

Like I always advise peeps, this race takes a lot of patience and planning...

Merry Xmas and a happy new year in advance

Thank you so much for this info.

Please another question again I would like to ask is. What documents was asked from you before check in.
That’s the document concerning the CONVID and if you need to register on any website if you traveling out from Nigeria and if you need to do PCR test even though you fully vaccinated.

Thank you so much

Hello,
I intend moving to canada from UK next september. Is the process entirely different? Do i stand a higher chance? I am presently studying for an M.Sc. which i will be done with by may 2022 so i will not be able to apply for a Ph.D. I intend applying for another M.Sc. or even a graduate diploma. Will this be a red flag ?

Merry Christmas guys.

Pls can I change my 2 years course to a 1 year course in CENTENNIAL COLLEGE for May 2022 admission, because I just realised I'm going to need a POF of about $56k (N20m range) which I don't think I can't realistically raise.

I realised its better to secure a 2 year admission to get a 3 year PGWP, but POF no dey ground 4 now.

I have received a pre-admission letter (to receive LOA upon payment of deposit fee of $2650). Although I'm still waiting for admission from CONESTOGA COLLEGE.

I don’t think it’s about your Health. I was also refused based on personal asset and financial status. Reason been that some funds are available but they are not sure if the funds will the sufficiently available for me throughout my entire program. My uncle was my sponsor. Paid my full tuition for my whole course, I also had about 14,000CAD in my own personal account and my sponsor had about 40m though he used his company’s account.

What I did differently.
I got a reference letter from his bank stating he is the sole signatory to the account
Provided evidence of past sponsorship as his company sponsored my university education and several screenshots of money he has sent me for the past 2yrs I attached about 20 receipts.
I used my mum as a co sponsor this time. Submitted her business documents, properties, statement of account and some other supporting documents.

I already paid my first year tuition

Hope you know you don't have to show the full 2 years tuition as POF, except you are self sponsored. If for example your parents are sponsoring you just need 1 year tuition and some evidence that there would be money again for your 2nd year.
