Why do you want the job, is it for security reason?? Something stable and question number 2 are you business minded.
So if you are business minded like you can handle business then take the 5M, invest it and in years time you will be so fuccking rich

And if it was for security reason then calculate how long it will take to make that 5M from the job, the thing about that job is that the salary is very small, so you make 100k per month, inside you will feed, pay rent, if you have a family take care of them, transport and other expenses, just how much can you save.

Say you can save 50k every month from that money after everything which is very hard, you will have to save for 8 years before you can make that 5M naira

And what you can buy now for 5M naira, you wont be able to buy that in 8 years time (factoring inflation )
Tho I am factoring probability of increment of salary which could increase the saving from 5M but also too in 8 years time you can also lose the job.

So my point is a bird in hand is worth 2 in the Bush (not related to what I am saying, just like the quote) point been take the 5M find a business and do and please dont invest everything, the country is hard but with 1.5M you can start something tangible, see how it goes and how you can handle it then you can increase with the other money.

Or better still use 2M to start something and put the other 3M in fixed deposit waiting for how your business do in a year.

Take the 5m if you have business intelligence, not just an idea o!

Any Dick Tom and Harry can talk about business idea! If you have one that you're learnt with a mentor and roadmap, take the money, if not take the job.

Somebody suggested buying two cars for Uber cars! Fine, if you have business sense.

There are other multiple sources you can also put your cash and use the returns to keep yourself going and start one or two others.

Make your choice based on these thoughts.

Working with the company is not a good idea.

You will work for almost 5 years to make 5m and it won't be bulk cash 5m as it is difficult to save 5m from ur salary when u also have expenses.

Simple, 100k job. if you manage yourself well, you can raise that 500k in less than 1 year, and raise more than that to start a side hustle while still keeping the 100k job

I will advise you take #100k cus if you know what you can do it #5m you won't come asking. Take the job then design a business plan and open a fresh account towards that business.
