Again I still don't understand how having access to west Africa is of or would be of any value or advantage to the yorubas, in any case each region also have same advantage , like the north to north Africa n the east to east Africa , so that so called advantage is dead on arrival....
For your info some of the best economies in the world n Africa are landlocked...
Luxembourg, Switzerland, Botswana, Rwanda are just few examples of landlocked countries doing great....
Besides Lagos your only hope of survival is a no man's land.......

Section 6(2) of The Lands Use Act that you referred to says: No single customary right of occupancy shall be granted in respect of an area of land in excess of 500 hectares if granted for agricultural purposes,

or 5,000 hectares if granted for grazing purposes, except with the consent of the Governor.

All the Federal Government was reiterating is that Under the Land Act, herders are entitled to Land for their agricultural purposes, & the naive ones shouting that it is our land, are not aware of the demands of the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.
