I have this 30 days rule for getting over people i got attached to. I delete their numbers, pictures or any thing that can remind me of them for 30 days... Its really hard in the first two weeks... Then it gets easier.

Your brain is just hooked on the person and you can train it not to. Its like a milder form of getting hooked on drugs and getting rehab.

Also, loving yourself like you would for another helps.

Its not easy, but time will be your ally.

Surround yourself with positive people. Try & engage your time with productive activities. The miracle will not happen overnight, but it will certainly.
