My girlfriend from the neighborhood got pregnant for me last month, though we are both young still living under our parents roof.
I told my parent's about the situation, they were both happy at least they having a grandchild, but was surprised when my girlfriend called me last night, that her mom says first thing tomorrow morning They going to the hospital to do an Abortion.

There is no place in the New testament where curses were said to be effective. And biblical principle is a surety.

The thing that upsets me more is when we start narrating our experiences of been dealt with toxic parenting from our fathers some people will be saying, we were products of manipulations of our mom. but that's a lie... they just don't know our pains.

Here are the attributes of my father, don't know if it's redpill or not.

1) My father swear for us at any slightest provocation (he uses word like, YOU GO DIE, YOU GO USE YOUR MOUTH RUB GROUND, WITCH and so much more) imagine as a kid growing up till this day and this man still uses same languages on us his children.

2) HE'S CUNNY IN NATURE TOWARDS US HIS FAMILY.

You don't dare have an issue with a neighbor in the presence of my dad which he's aware of, because the next morning he be sitting with that same neighbor and talk ill about you in your presence ( how many times my mom has quarrelled with people because of him...but before we know it, him and them have reconciled. my mom would be the bad person in the town)

3) IS WITCH A GOOD NAME TO CALL YOUR CHILD?

This man has called us witch to the extent the whole area is looking at us as one, he has literally made us look bad in the presence of people. compare us with other people.

4) MY FATHER HOLDS HIS BROTHERS CHILDREN IN HIGHER REGARDS THAN US.

you need to see the way he's happy whenever they come around, especially when they give him money like 5k, 3k ... prayers uphon prayers on them.
as soon as they go he starts the curses on us.. I don't know he just don't want us to succeed or not.

Your dad is apparently an upright man, who would not side evil irrespective of who commits it so it's strange to your mom that he'd take sides with strangers rather than support the wrongs of his kids.

I also see you expect your dad to pick fights with people because your quarrelsome mom isn't cool with them. That's whack, infantile and shows how much you think like your mom.

The fact that he appreciates very little gifts from strangers shows he is appreciative too.

In my early twenties, I wasn't living in the family house playing referee while my parents fought, I already had a good job, a decent car and getting my preek wet most of the time in preparation for marriage.
So I relate to your dad's disappointment.

It is only unfortunate that his kids are not living up to his expectations and he is reminded of this each time he sees other kids who are and ends up voicing out his unfulfillment.

That's one of his flaws but the fact that you are alive is a testament that he was good enough to ejaculate into your mom's hollow chamber rather than allow her die childless.

I have now come to learn that the worst thing that can happen to a man is not to have a wife who spreads her legs for any Thumb, Preek and Harry but the worst thing that can happen to a man is to have a wife who spreads his flaws to not just any Tom, Dick and Harry but also to his kids.

Oh! You've gotten to your Eldorado in your 20s and since Op is still struggling in his 20s he's not responsible and that automatically justify his father to curse him and his siblings for their present condition right?

Let me tell you something MR WISE MAN in today's Nigeria, inorder to make it legitimately. I mean making it through a well paid job, promising businesses amongst many others. You need a supporting hand. Else, it will only take God's grace.or linger. Moreso, the poorer a family is with no single connection the more tougher and difficult it is for the children

Most of those people doing very fine today got there through someone. It could be a friend, family or a total stranger. Though some make it solely on their own no doubt. But they are few especially in Nigeria today

There are millions of graduates unemployed, some underemployed while very few are gainfully employed mostly through connection

Will you tell me those unemployed graduates are irresponsible or unfortunate? Should their parents kill them or curse them because they are still struggling to make it?

You seriously need to learn how to talk. Especially to someone that's down. There are lots of irresponsible father and mother out there and stop pretending as if you don't know
