I doubt it, only a force majeure or injury can be considered for replacement of player 10 days or 24 hours before the first game
Legally that rule doesn't hold much water as it should currently because the 23 man list rule was adjusted. There might be some maneuvers possibly.

Just that, on the football front, I contribute far more here than there.
Here, you have almost an unlimited writing space but over there, you gotta always shorten/summarize your points to fix into a tweet or more.

And on Osimhen's cruise tweets, hahahahahahahaahaha.... make una relax... The Guy is just having harmless fun. It's not easy dealing with missing out on your first major tournament as your country's leading striker....
(Note: I know it was to be his 2nd tournament overall but this was the one to see him play as the main man in attack for the first time).... but good to see he is taking it well and even supporting the team from a distance. Victor wanted to be there so badly but he knows with the facial recovery thing and then the covid matter, he wasn't going to be at his best. He didn't wanna deny us his best. So everyone thought it best for him to get his health perfectly up to speed again.

He is catching cruise now. But by March, we will all see an Osimhen with fire in his eyes ready to fire us to the WC alongside the potential heroes we would see at this Afcon. wink *I didn't say anything ooo. I no predict oo* grin

What now happens if Ighalo doesn't show up?

Does it mean our number 9 Jersey will be blank?

My Good Man, Chuks. Ofcourse you know what comes next... grin wink

Analysing this team is gonna be quite interesting as we are without our biggest gun in Osimhen and one of the most inform Wing forwards in the world in Dennis (we all know the "stories", I believe).

But you see, this team, for the first time in a long while since Mikel Obi left the scene, we have called up a natural Midfield conductor.... Kelechi Nwakali.

I see some questions flying around and I hope they can ask me directly now that I am back. How many goals and assists does Nwakali have to show he is doing well? grin The answers I have is one that will open their minds up more into the depths of the middle game dynamics of the beautiful game.

Football is way beyond just goals and assists. Zidane was an example.

But let me pause here... I know I came back loaded but uh... one at a time wink

Thanks for the welcome. A splendid 2022 to you.

A Midfield of this guy as a Lampard-esque #10, Nwakali as the central Midfield orchestrator and Ndidi doing his thing as an Elite ball winner with Ejuke on the left and Chukwueze on the right all as "the supporting cast" behind the Number 9 carries great tactical potentials especially in our offensive plays.
The Sweetness of the football we love in GWG could return... Oh mama Mia...Make it happen...

grin I always must have that period of break from here due to a crazy amount of work++ and other engagements I have. So it's inevitable it comes, only that the time may vary from year to year. It is well.

Happy New Year and Month once again. wink Shine on Danny. And I would like to see how Liverpool does it without Mane and Salah. grin

No cause for alarm...it's just 2 PL games they will miss... Those two games self might be postponed judging by the high rate of covid-19 infection recently in the league...
