The dam lies behind the Akwapim-Togo range of mountains and the entire stretch contain pocket of gold collection

Yes you are correct but even in the documentary which I watched they said that that where the Dam is all behind is full of pocket of gold. Somebody to get a submarine underwater dredge. There are billions of US dollar just sitting there under the water. Do not forget gold goes to the lowest point

Let try Tema Oil terminal - Tankers: LOA 244 m., draft 9.6 m., depth 10.0 m. (tidal). Gas: LOA 244 m., draft 9.6 m., depth 10.0 m.

244M versus Kipevu 770M

Conclusion; New Kipevu is 3 times larger than Tema Oil terminal

You can see the joke that is Tema oil facility down here

Just30:
That's a lie

It's not even among the largest in West Africa let alone in All of Africa ....

When will you guys stop making absurd claims ?

To be honest, I don't know what these people take Nigeria for, and we Nigerians also have been majorly brought up to only know the negatives about our country. We have several forms of Mechanized farming across the country especially from 2016. Only that as an Agricultural power house, we want more considering the size of the country. This is just one on Maize smart farming, there are others on Cassava and other crops.

Nice video but one mistake the girl is not experience. Look the word to make a straight line using a tractor you did not need to make small ridges with a semi plan the best thing to do is to use GPS and then use the planter it is much cheaper

Forget what they think, a visit to the country will always change their view. If people who actually live in the country know little about the country, how much more foreigners? Not until my service year,I never knew ogun state just a neighbouring state was into serious rice farming. If any foreigner types Jos plateau state on google the surest pop-up is the crises but little will they know that they are the state feeding us with Irish potatoes , strawberries and other vegetables. If I didn't visit sokoto state early last year passing through kebbi state I wouldn't know how the chunk of onions, ginger , garlic, pepper comes from there..so allow people believe wetin dem wan believe.

When you know your father's Farm only this is what happens my friend if you have money take a trip around Africa and see what they are doing in farming and you will know we are joker Farming Today is not about just planting something in the soil is maximum production quantity

It has an onshore tank farm capacity of 3 million metric tonnes for crude oil discharge.. 2.6 million tonnes for Gas to VRA

I doubt that. It’s as real as it gets.
See for yourself.

Net production also means importation of agricultural products and I can prove it to you. China is the biggest importer of Grain in the world commanding 65% of the world's grain and also the export what China does the important grains during the rainy season from each country's and store it once the dry season comes they stab re-exporting the greens to order. 65% of towards green if it china oakenfold by china day in port graceful all over the world and we export. So this is why you figures cannot be accurate how can you say nigeria produces more south africa agriculture. China agriculture is just imports keep it for one year when the price goes up and re-export it. Please watch this YouTube to know what is going on

This is what we should be talking about in this centuary.
Kenya increased one spot this year to rank 61st globally, 1st in Eastern Africa, and 2nd in Africa. The city of Nairobi decreased 20 spots to 136th globally, but still ranks 1st in Eastern Africa and 2nd in Africa. Nairobi also ranks in the top 100 globally for Foodtech, Transportation Technology, and Energy & Environment Technology. Contributing to the improvement in Kenya's ranking for 2021, Mombasa is new to the rankings as the 2nd city in Kenya at 756th.

Retail sales are utter nonsense.

Tractors is not what I am talking about. I am talking quality seeds and semens - that Brazil R&grin has produced - I am talking going there and bringing their sugarcane, rice, soya, name it seed varities- and planting it in Africa.

Tractor - is equipment like any other - and climate of the manufacturing country is not important.

But how can you copy Brazil when officially you claim to be more productive than Brazil smiley smiley

Very good answer did you see the people planting the seeds with wheelbarrow planters

Precisely. When I looked at Nigeria data - I knew there was some cooking - but a quick comparison of their production data - and big boys like Brazil and US - demonstrated the cooking was horrendous.

Yemi Kale simply manufactured crazy guesswork in his office in Abuja but on the ground Nigeria agricluture long collapsed - and Nigeria uses oil proceeds to import food and refined fuel.

Don't let these people fool you don't let them deceive you Nigeria import 10 billion US Dollar a year of food. They are using imported fingers as production figures. Nigeria's of busy lizzie people if you go norton part of nigeria order carrots onions potato rice Millet tomato comes from niger and Chad

It is larger than Kipevu in storage capacity and it also has more loading arms and larger loading capacity than Kipevu...

474 million dollars Bulk oil terminal grin

When Dangote oil refinery comes on stream.... there will be a huge demand for storage facilities all across west Africa....

It is currently one of the largest Jetty in Africa with 18 inch pipelines to tank farms.... Fully automated to Discharge and load over 80,000 metric tonnes in 12 hours.

People are really putting up nice homes everywhere

Sometimes I wonder where the explosion in wealth is coming from...

The rate at which all these areas have become residential neighborhoods from just bare bush is astonishing

I wonder too, the expansion/development is unprecedented. My only worry about this expansion is that they are drifting far away from the main CBD. You will burn more fuel trying to commute to the centre of the city.

Only cities that doesn't plan sprawl.. because there is hardly any vertical development in flats.. leading to gigantic chaos.Remember one flat in Nairobi with 100units..in Ghana mean acres of wasted land.Ghana need to fix sewage then transition to at least apartments. This generally applies to west Africa..mess with acute housing shortage because of a sprawling slumpolis with barely any horizontal infrastructure. You can imagine getting stuck in Lagos for hours on end as city sprawl endless in cheap housing....instead of having an acre of land hosting 20,000 people like the upcoming 9 towers of 34 floor each in Nairobi..with 3,000 units.Traffic zero..river estate is walking distance to Nairobi CBD..it right at CBD
