The yellow one is now 210k... The blue is out of stock.. Because a friend want to buy the blue and I've been calling different thermocool showroom since morning... No blue available.. But the yellow.. And all of them including Lagos keep saying the price for the yellow is 210k... It's like they all do meeting or something.. 12 different showroom in different cities and their price is the same... 210k...

Na so things dey be when price increase. Enjoy your generator set and take good care of it. U can use it straight 5years without changing any part if you diligently service it at when due.

Kw is different to kva

Reason it rated in kw cos of appliances are in watt or kilowatt, so it will be very more easier e.g energy bulb of 5w, LED tv of 75w, refrigerator of 125w etc

To know your conversion to kva divide your maximum output by 0.8 which is 2.8÷0.8= 3.5kva

To convert kva to kw 3.5Kva*0.8= 2 8kw

Note : Always use the maximum output not running output

Just checked now, the Blue is out of stock, the yellow is 190k, the bigger yellow ( 4.125kva rated) is 230k.

yeah... I had to go for the used one to get the blue... But sorry for asking... Apart from the low noise.. What's so special about the blue version... I've not yet start using mine because I'm still out of town

I don't think the noise is different, its the Junior that is known for its loud noise. I think the major difference is the presence of VTF display on the blue to check voltage, frequency, run time and total run time, it makes servicing easier on the blue one. The blue is also more portable.

Funny enough, when I went to get my gen. I went with the yellow one in mind but it was sold out but the blue one was in stock so I got it for 183k for the 3.75kva

Please my generator key has refused to start the generator. This is the first time I'm seeing this since I bought it in 2020. When I turn the key it doesn't even make any sound. Please what could be the issue and what can be done?

What causes Gen voltage to drop from 230 to 228 with no load. Product is heir thermocool optimun blue. 3.7kva

Your generator's AVR regulates the output voltage continuously within designed limits. 228VAC and even 220VAC output without load is fine.

wen i bought the gen. It was 230. With load on it is 280. But now without load is 280 with load is 260.

Post pics, 280 and your appliances has not gotten fried up. Maybe malfunctioning from the AVR.
