Now minimise and turn your flight mode off, it should work.

Open the back cover of the phone and check if the battery connector is attached. You can detach it and reattach if its attached, then charge the phone. You can check YouTube on how to do this.

Mtn has been having issues since late last year. You can slot in a sim from another network to confirm.

Didn't solve it o, don't have time for the phone, dashed it out to my younger brother coz he's a techy kind of guy.
A business man like me just need a reliable everyday phone, I know nothing about tech stuff, my phone should be fast and without issues, that's all I need in a phone.

I think only Samsung and iphone can do that for me.

Hello

Good Evening, Everyone.

Please, i have an issue with my Redmi 8 Device.

The screen goes black from time to time.

Like it freezes, until after a while then comes back up.

Other times, i have to restart the device before it comes back on.

I could be using it, and the moment it stays idle for a while and goes blank, it won't come back on immediately if i pressed the power button or touched the fingerprint.

What could be the reason for this, and how do i fix it?

Also, i have about 5gb free internal space.

Anyone help with this please

Better to sell your phone first and add cash to get your desired phone. You'll most likely be short changed if you attempt to swap.

your ignorance is of higher level undecided speaking from person experience with that particular brand and personal encounter with numerous people at Raya care with the same particular issue!

If my 9T haven't got this issue i won't I brought this second scrap called redmi 10 at first angry

Until it happen to you that's when you will come here and be shouting " my redmi 9T refused to on after reset, what should I do and were is the nearest Raya care" undecided

Mind you! I used my phone for 8 good month before it goes off on me!
