You could send them a mail at: https://ukvi.mysecurepay.co.uk/Home or call them. You may need to highlight the urgency involved.

Good News Fam!

I am so elated today. After the long wait (49 working days), finally picked up my passport. May God be praised.

Sent a paid mail to UKVI on 6th Jan asking for application update I was told it was still awaiting decision. Sent another on 12th Jan and was told a decision has been made that i should wait for 10 working days to be contacted.

Biometric- 2nd Nov
Centre- Abuja
Transferred to VAC/Received by VAC- 14th Jan at 10am and 1pm respectively
Collection mail- 14 Jan at 12:30pm
Collected- today, 17th Jan
Visa stamped- 12 Jan
2 years visa granted

This thread was indeed helpful before after application. Thank you Debbie, Brenda, and everyone always here to help and to boost morale.

To everyone still waiting, hang in there a little more as you’re next!

This is really heartbreaking after waiting this long only to be denied. So so sorry about this Sus4, really sad. A steady account with no large deposits or large withdrawals is good going forward b4 you reapply. If you happen to make any large deposits or credits, fhen a letter explaining that will be perfect.

You need to send them an Email & let them know how urgent it is. Let them know about the deadline and other factors as well. They will release that of your child. If possible, call them as well midnight 2day

Re: General UK Visa Enquiries - Part 4 by cutebear: 4:08pm On Jan 17, 2022
First of all, you have to resolve the issue with the registration of your business with CAC. They mentioned that on the CAC website, your business status is "inactive". Many people in the past have been denied based on this.

Secondly, remember that huge sums of money entering your account right before your submission is always a red flag. It doesn't look genuine. The ECO even mentioned that you weren't receiving these payments for the first 5 months of your bank statement but you suddenly started receiving it. Does this mean that the business you were doing was never practiced in those 5 months? Also, did you show solid proof to the ECO about your claims of being a musician?

Also, the ECO believes that for someone who is married with 3 children, you need enough funds to travel and also take care of your family even after your trip.

So basically;
1. You need to solve the issue of your business status on the CAC website.
2. Before your next submission, open a business bank account and start running it for the next 6 months. You should also start paying yourself monthly salary from the business account to your normal salary/personal account (pay the same amount to yourself on the exact day of each month). Remember, based on several refusal letters we've seen on this thread, the ECOs believe that having a business account doesn't prove that you have access to the money. That is why you should pay yourself salary. As far as they’re concerned, the money in that personal account is the only money you have access to. Let the salary be reasonable sha. Not that the business earns 500k monthly and you will now be paying yourself 400k monthly. What else is left for the business??
Don't forget to add receipts and invoices from sales and transactions you've done.
3. Clean up your personal account and make sure that there are no large/unexplainable deposits in the account (apart from the salary you pay yourself).
4. Don't reapply before 6 months time so that you can ensure that your personal and business bank accounts are bullet proof from beginning to the end.
5. Before you submit, make sure you come back to this thread for advice from everyone. Ask all the questions you need

Hope it's ok like this

this was the same reason i go denied cause my company name showing inactive and for other fellow it didnt i dont know what the VO are using to pick who to check their CAC. but am surpise at yours cause you have been granted visa before. DID you use your last visa and also i think the gap between your last visa is too much before you reapply
