Please take the email from your school to tls ASAP that brp has been received from your school. So it means your visa is issued. So they should take your passport. Beg them if possible, if not do a paid call to UKVI to escalate your case. Time is of the essence

I just received a pre-conditional offer to study at the University of Roehampton. It's an MBA course with placement. Will there be any threat to my admission if I request to change it to the one year MBA course instead?

Anyone with any thought on this?

You should mail the admission team that you will like to change to the one year program, it’s pretty straightforward from thereon

1. If the visa comes out after your school's enrolment/arrival date and you've not enrolled or arrived by then, you most likely won't be allowed on the course. Speak to your school, they're your best bet for answers and dates.
2. If the above happens, you will be turned back at the POE if you try to use your visa except you've have your school's approval (in writing) to arrive after the set date. You just keep it, can't be returned once given.
3. If you defer, you'll need a new CAS to make a new application for the session you defer to. You'll also need to register your biometrics again.

My school is insisting that all incoming students must register by 24th January after obtaining their visas and paying the 50% fees balance or have their admission withdrawn or deferred. I sent them a mail informing them about the delay in visa processing and the suspension of priority service but they seem adamant. Even though I have no issue paying the fees but what will be my fate if the visa doesn't come out before the stated date? and if the visa eventually comes after 24th deadline, will it not longer be valid? Do I return it to the VAC or do what with it?.
My offer to other university still stands and I am now considering that option but can this be possible since my passport is still at the VAC?. If I opt for a deferral, do I need to reinitiate the cas issuance process afresh with my current school? What happens to my visa fee and IHS fee initially paid? Will both be refunded? Will the initial biometric done still be used for another school if the admission is within the time frame or it is a must that I do another since if I am applying to a different school?
I need ur answers please, this situation pass me....

The information is online on the CAS. All the border official has to do is check to see if he's still within the timeframe given by the school.

Bro I have seen in your previous post asking if you should return the visa to VAC lol. If you get the Visa even though it will be a risk but it is a risk worth taking. By all means travel with it. It is not even guaranteed you would be asked what date your latest resumption is at the point of entry and even if you get asked Its going to be more of a rhetorical question, whoever is asking you doesn't work for your uni so they don't know anyway. Find a way to manage the course load, ask if you can join in online pending when you can attend Physical lectures, if any but make sure that you enrol to avoid a situation where your school reports your non-enrolment/non-attendance to UKVI.

You only qualify as fully vaccinated 14 days after your 2nd dose with the exception of Janssen vaccine.
