KANU is a wise man and FG lawyer is not intelligent. KANU pleaded not guilty to the charge that said he belongs to a terrorist group. He had a preliminary objection that said that his IPOB is not a proscribed group. IPOB is a registered organization in UK, generally accepted all of the world and that is the reason they still protest against inhumane treatment of Buhari government all of the world. Proscription of IPOB is still at court of Appeal... The Sharia lawyer is not intelligent, all they want is media propaganda against the name of KANU. If you remove a governor through high court won't he appeal the case? Won't he still be the governor until the supreme Court says otherwise? Why is Buhari insulting Nigerians? This case is never in the interest of the mass but few people, if not settlement of the case is very simple.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, is NOT a member of “PROSCRIBED IPOB” and will not accept that in any court of Law.

Why must the Government, attach the word “PROSCRIBE” to IPOB?
How on earth do you expect an intellectual like Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, to accept being a member of “A Terrorist group IPOB”?

He is an IPOB activist, not a member of proscribed IPOB or Terrorist group.

Now, every IPOB activists must take note of this, when arraigned in any Court or asked by anyone.

He is challenging the baseless proscription, Terrorist tag and when allowed to speak, will prove to the Court, he is an Indigenous Person Of Biafra, hence no negativity should be tagged to that glorious name.
