I’m telling you. I’m surprised. Someone paid me 14m and couldn’t marked paid. I told him to drop his account. There’s no small amount. Money is money everywhere. You can’t buy the defamation for 20k. It’s ridiculous. Went to find my picture and post it on naira land. Exposed my account number and mobile line. What for Because of 20k. Went on Facebook too to post stuffs about me. That’s ridiculous. Public defamation of character.
.
Oga you took 24hrs to respond to me, that's after Binance has blocked your account and I miss the coin I wanted to buy at dip.
What were you trying to do, keep my money for me?

3% negative feedbacks compared to 97% positive. That’s reasonable. Anyways all of this that you’ve typed doesn’t quantify the numbers of damages done. Posting my pictures. Exposing my details and defaming my character. They won’t understand everything you’ve said here. Just read up and do research. Now , how would you explain to the thousands eyes that read that you’re defaming a fellow man because of 20k. Anyways. I’m not in the best position to educate you on that.

The guy still thinks I’m joking until reality dawned on him soon. Little did he know I’m ready to spend 1m just to teach him some senses then I’ll know if his 20k will take him out of the messes he will find himself soon. Over 40 trades and you expect me to know who paid and didn’t marked paid. Una turn nairaland to binance support where to lodge complaints.

But 97% positive reviews is very very good for a seller. His trade volume is also big plus number of completed deals. Patience, knowledge, communication and understanding is very important in this business. We should also not be quick to assume a trader is a scammer if we don't exhaust all means of settlement.

We should know that P2P transaction that uses bank as a means of settlement is banned by CBN and is done illegally, and as such bank info of the seller nor buyer should not be exposed without verification.

The deed has been done and I advise all parties involved to settle this amicably, the lawsuit won't favour any of you, both financially and otherwise. @malix please apologize to him even if you feel you are right to post his details online. ''I am sorry'' has saved countries from war, have saved lives, have stopped generational hatred, this case is no exception too. Also make a new post on the platforms you posted his details to explain what happened and that it was an error.

@sheyman2902 also forgive him for what happened, I believe it was a misunderstanding due to not understanding the P2P system. The deed has been done and this won't be the last of such occurrence as we continue to see influx of newbies into the crypto arena.

I was supposed to place another order after the time expired and place the first proof of payment but he immediately took down the ad. I started calling , texting, messaging and this guy refused to answer, for 24hrs, Haba! Until I was told here what to do, and I did so, his account was blocked he started calling me to resolve the issue.
I came back here to update the house that the matter has been resolved and the action I took before it was resolved

Bros, if he tried to contact you for close to 24hrs and you did not bother to reply, then you're just trying to save face with this crap. You replied immediately your account was blocked, that means you knew all along he was trying to contact your dubious ass. If you want to cheat, cheat. If you plan to be honest, be honest. Don't mix the two together. The negative reviews on your profile say the same thing...you hold people's money and you don't send what they paid for. That lawyer and the 1m threat don't scare nobody. If you like trade 100 btc, if you're a scammer, you're a scammer.

Let me educate the last two guy that commented. You have 20 trades open at the same time. All of them are calling at the same time. The calls disrupts your network. Right ? Now. As a trader. You have extra phone for calls. So it doesn’t disrupt your trading activities. On this same phone. You get to see 300missed calls from buyers or sellers. Less attention is paid to the phone. Issues like this arises everyday. That is why binance has support. When stuffs like this happen. Binance will contact you by disabling your p2p. Fortunately I saw this guy text messages. To God who made me. I was still buying and selling. Even told him when I park. I’ll send his funds. He should just send his account number. It was when I tried closing my ad I got the notification. I even told him and he was truthful about it. I told him to contact CS which he did. But before he even contacted me. He had posted my pictures everywhere. Reason it well too.

It is after a completed trade you’re allowed to drop a feedback. So many impatient traders give anonymous feedbacks. Sometimes network delays payment and they will want you to pay again. Stuffs happen on p2p and newbies go show you pepper. But not like defaming another person. Reporting is a very good move. But defaming is what no one will tolerate

I strongly suggest you restrict your ads to accounts that are at least 3 months old.
Newbies do not understand how the system works. I cannot be monitoring my sell ad when I have price charts to analyze. I only attend to my sell ad when I get the pop up notification from Binance that the buyer has market the order as paid. Sometimes I don't even receive bank alert so its that Binance pop up notification that tells me you have paid.
The sim I use for browsing is different from my mobile number on Binance because calls disrupt services. We all know this and I very sorry about what happened to you.

What the guy did was wrong and I hope he tries to apologize to you. But I strongly suggest you ignore negative comments here as there are several bot accounts on this platform so you don't have to take those negative comments serious.

You don't really have to continue like this. You did not mark the Order as paid and that was your mistake. The wise thing you could have done is contact customer support. Posting his pictures and Bank details on social media is simply insane.
If you couldn't get to him through his mobile line, contact Binance.
You owe this man an apology. Be a man and have some sense of dignity here, you dragged someone's name to the mud based on your ignorance only. It's not his fault you did not mark your order as paid.

When buying on binance p2p, go to filter, select bank transfer as means of payment, them select ads from only binance merchant.

They will never try to scam u.

Also chat up the seller before making payment to be sure he is online.

Check their trade completion rate. I preffer those with 95% and above completion rate

To be honest? I don't see anything that could make this your customer wrong right now. The transaction did not go straight as was expected and if you knew that a transaction did not clear, why leave it pending for up to 24hrs? I would report you at 1hour after I don't get my money every single time, plus, the review I would leave would flag a loophole for a very long time.

In this place we try to help each other, if you see how bad the initial grin plan was, you will know that this outcome is still much better.
Now, I know it would most-likely never be easy to satisfy all customers at all times, but this one mistake you make in this business, if you look well, you ll see that you make it to the extreme. If you do not look into it well, you will keep making it....
Again, this place is for raw truth, you should be grateful it did not escalate, please keep your money, we are happy to know that you two cleared the transaction well.
Also, your accountant would advise you firmly to keep your 1M for future defense of yourself from a client that would sue you since it's most likely to happen in your case - giving the nature of your response to your customers. And Please, Please, please consider us your people, before you all start giving our friends the Police details on how much Crypto can bring you, think about implicating other young Nigerians who have seen this as a miraculous light at the end of a very very long tunnel. Please don't start another mayhem. Please, let this die young.

Disclaimer.
If you think you're stronger than your brother and still decide to fight your brother, you know you will kill him.
None of you all are thieves here, as long as the transaction cleared. We move on.
Keep 1m for this dip, we are brothers.
Thieves too dey watch us, abeg make we nor open nyash outside.
Police na your friend, be careful of your anger.
Good Luck!

The fact that he didn't mark the order as paid is the issue. People that trade large volumes don't have time to be patiently sorting out issues like this.

Una with this manipulation talk sef

Stocks were up this morning due to good earnings reports by some companies coming in

In late afternoon, the rally fizzled and they came crashing with more word of Fed rates rises coming in.

Bitcoin followed them, nothing like market manipulation.

Smart money stays out the market now till the impact of Fed policy tightening is known. Not trading is also trading.
