Not all cases are paternity fraud, error do occure in Nursing mothers' wards in the hospital, that is why it is good to always have a family member around a newly birthed child and mom in the hospital to monitor the baby. Some nurses actually make the mistake of mixing up new babies when handling several babies at same time while the mother is still recuperating from the pains of the labour.

Don't you think there is possibility of a baby inheriting DNA and other biological traits of a nursing mother from feeding on her breast milk?

That's practically impossible! DNA are genes passed down from parents to offspring,and embedded in their Total genetic makeup! It is what makes them what they are! So please u can't inherit or pass DNA traits through breastfeeding!

Whenever you point clear and obvious error, there are always people who want to live by the exceptions.
Majority are fornicators, very few are a result of baby switching.

And how does baby switching matches the mother's DNA and not the Dad's.
If the baby was switched, it will be another story.

DNA will clearly show the child doesn't belong to the Father and Mother.
The trouble will be the hospital, not the wife.

Nobody says that accidental switching of babies don't occur, my problem is using it as a defense for paternity fraud! If accidental switching occurs, then DNA test will be useful in proving that the mother didn't birth the child given to her! But in the case of paternity fraud,then the child's DNA will match with the mother but not the father! Ok?
