The SE ought to be a case study for bad governance in Nigeria. One of their governors was even accusing his people of not owning cars yet complaining of substandard flyovers. Just imagine such statement.
The funniest part is that those looting their states abscond to either Lagos or Abuja after their tenure to enjoy their loots while some run abroad like the out-going Anambra governor now under EFCC's watchlist.
