It is both true and sad. There are millions of people in this country without childhood. I have seen 5 years old mechanic with "rat voice" that are skilled and working 8+ hours daily.

True talk, I miss my dad for all he did for me when we was alive.

Is not right ... it's not legal for a child to ride a bike ... and worse to carry others. But let us consider the circumstances.... where are his parents? Is he ... the rider... the man of the house? .. was his father... the owner of the bike... killed off by herdsmen?... or UGM?.... or Police?.... or soldiers?... was he made an orphan?.... and as big brother taking on the role of father? .... living with his mother/ family struggling to maintain them?... and can't afford to pay their way to and from school? Qny adult knows this is risky .... there must be a good reason for this.

I salute the boy's courage even though it's risky. Not too long ago I read here on NL how a young boy of 5 years old of a Chinese origin was driving a heavy truck meant for construction and all you were hailing him to be a genius, here we are with our local boy you all are letting hell loose. The boy got balls that most of you adults don't have

This shows the responsibility a child could carry in Africa ,he's already a father before his age ,then one woman or girl somewhere in the cloud would say men are scum or bastards because they never knew or had a father

This kind of things happen in villages oo.. Where the numbers of cars that ply the roads are not much... U will even see primary 4/5 pupils riding bikes of different brands.

This is small to what happens at Nnewi, in fact I started using bike when I was in primary 3 and we don't see it as anything. Any family without bike no matter the number of cars they have is considered as a poor family in Nnewi. How about 80 years old women using bike at the same Nnewi

He's a kid fgs... One crazy idiot can just zoom past and kid is frightened and losses control.

This should be investigated and stopped forthwith. Very risky and dangerous.

Everything in life has its time. Growth is in stages. The parents of this child has failed to guide this child properly. The child no doubt possesses high level of intelligence & bravery, but unfortunately those two qualities can lead to disaster when not properly harnessed.
