Hello all. Please, I want to know if this is normal. Whenever I'm menstruating, there are usually some things that do come out like pieces or chunks of meat, I mean bloody meat. I don't know if this is normal. Please, if it's not, is there a way I can stop it from happening again. Has anyone experienced this? Is it something to be worried about? Thanks.

It is normal, it is called clots of blood, it happened mostly when theres is heavy flow, but you can still visit your doctor for more explanation or checkup.

There's no need to be alarmed.

You need to stay active during your period or your blood clots.

Yes, everyone woman (sometimes) experience clotting during their period. Blood clots so there's nothing abnormal about her experience. It's scary when a woman first notices it but once she asks a few women she'll understand it's normal.

I've been wanting to ask this question since last year, but I've been afraid to, because I didn't know how people were going to react to it.
