Abuse does not work like that. You can’t be blaming the victim of abuse for not walking away.

The focus always has to be on the perpetrator of the abuse who should never have done it in the first place.

If Greenwood truly is guilty then he should take his punishment. My hope (which is slim) is that some information comes out to exonerate him.

That is the Western world for you. The laws protect women. Why does it look like there was a time in history when women were badly abused which warranted these strict laws. Currently the laws seem harshly applied thereby ruining people.

If a 20 years old has made a mistake, let him serve his punishment and come back to continue his career. The club, sponsors are acting too harsh.
