Let me try to answer the questions;
1. You should put in the old DS160 confirmation number on the application portal to access the old details filled...the system will automaticall generate a new DS160 number for you afterwards... then you edit the information and save...this new number will be inputed when you try to book a new interview date (you click on 'update profile' and edit the DS160 confirmation number.
2. Yes, you cancel the existing interview date, then the 'New Interview date' option pops up
3. The documents are: current passport or old passport with expired visa; DS160 confirmation page; interview confirmation letter, 2 passport photographs (5*5 inch dimension); GTB receipt for visa payment
4. I doubt if a 3rd party can submit for them....i know parents can submit for minors...i have no information on 'seniors'...

Same with me ooo. Account was initially frozen for 72 hours. It got unfrozen today, next thing I tried booking and the response I got was "no appointments available".
Tried again and boom, I exceeded the no of times I can view the page. This thing is tiring.

I booked yesterday morning. The earliest date was 15th as at yesterday. When trying to book, on your page, do you click “continue” or “schedule new appointment “? I noticed after logging out if I click continue I’ll see the page that says “no appointment dates” however when I decided to start again any schedule new appointment, I saw the available dates.

this is my exact story. I will probably be trying once every other day. why do we even need to book appointment for this in the first place.

Hello everyone, I am based in Abuja and the drop box interview waver option is yet to start here. I will will no longer be eligible for drop box after March so I am wondering if I should apply through Lagos .

If so, how do I go about it , does it mean once I secure an appointment date , I would need to go to Lagos to drop off .

My account was frozen for 72 hours after several attempts to book appointment. Do you have an idea of available dates in February? Please people that has booked the WI interview should tell us how they did it.

Walahi our people are annoying. No appointments for now o - Yet some people showed up at appointments with visas that expired more than 2 years ago. Why can't they follow instructions?
